Granada 24 is a house t located in an exquisitely styled colonial Mexican house which was built following very high quality standards, trying to revive the techniques and adhering as much as possible to the construction materials used in colonial Mexico in the 19th century.
It is located in the street with the same name in Supermanzana 2-A, an antique and distinguished residential zone in the city of Cancun. This is in the heart of Nader avenue, a historic and vital part of downtown Cancun bursting with new restaurants and lively bars.
Art, architecture, and furniture come together in this house with the typical Mexican flavor and warmth: its patios with fountains are areas for relaxation, reading, and spending time with others, which will be enjoyed even more with a glass of wine.
The use of Uriarte talavera, Saltillo terracotta floors, cobblestone patios, exquisite carved woodwork, tile vaults, Catalan slab, and a bar exquisitely made with gold leaf and other elements will undoubtedly transport you to antique colonial Mexico.
Each of our seven rooms has its own personality: some are decorated with colonial Mexican furniture, others with contemporary Mexican style; there are photographs by Rubén Pelayo and poems by Alejandra Monroy, which were part of their presentation at Caribbean Culture International Festival in 2014.
