One word. Pool. (and Spa). The pool, Spa and outdoor premises have been completely reimagined! Think Pebble Tek Glass surface in Pool/Spa. Add a swim shelf for Lounging and in Pool fountains/Pool edge water falls. a gas fire bowl and sexy night lighting and you have a most luxurious Pool/Spa experience!

The space
This home is one of 27 homes designed by Donald Wexler, architect and built by Alexander Homes in the Green Fairway Estates neigborhood of Palm Springs. It is located on the 7th Green of the Tauhquitz Golf Club. Some new design elements have been added such as the Redwood entry fencing.

Home has been updated with Stone kitchen counter tops, new master bath with a shower opening to a private courtyard and a 75” Sony television's with a Sonos Theater audio system if you are so inclined. Everything in the way of a fully stocked kitchen is provided for an extended stay. Casita has its own kitchenette for that added bit of Privacy.

Why they chose this property

The entire Back Yard has and pool has been reimagined! Plenty of grass to walk around on and play a good game of corn hole on! Grapefruit and orange trees on the property. Picnic table and grill for preparing meals. But, the pool and inground spa are what sets it apart from other properties. They have been resurfaced with Pebble Tec Glass. You have never experienced the soft, smooth, sexy finish like this in a pool before. Plus the the way the glass shimmers in the night light is so soothing. Three waterfall pots finish the scene and atmosphere!
