Poor management

The flat itself is lovely. However, when we arrived, nobody informed us that they would be tearing up a stone patio all week (during our stay). Jackhammers, stone cutting, etc starting at 8am and continuing through the day. It was awful. I tried to get guest ready to adequately compensate us for the issue and they only provided a nominal amount compared to the stress it caused us on our vacation. Additionally, the dryer was broken and we wound up with several loads of very wet clothes that had to wait to be rewashed at our next VRBO (and by then were mildewy and smelled up our car). The concierge did not explain how to operate any of the appliances nor were any instructions provided at the flat. They also gave us one key for a family of 4 adults/semi-adults. So I would say a fail by the management company in general.
