Cute house on the main street

There were 5 women staying here for 4 nights. 5 beds so we could get good sleep. The house had everything we needed. It does have stairs for 3 bedrooms. They are a little steep. I would stay here again if in town.

Weekend trip for Southern States

Great location for our needs as we were traveling to Cookeville for the Southern States Show & Sale. The house is well stocked with linens & kitchen, etc. Our only criticism would be that the beds upstairs could use some mattress & box springs upgrades. We also traveled with elderly parents & the front sidewalk and step definitely needs some safety improvements from the current condition. Overall it is a nice property & location.

Relax, refresh

The home is very comfortable. Perfect for our “annual girl’s weekend”. Enjoyed walking across the street to a few local stores and eatery. Always enjoy and love to support local establishments. Great small town feel. Check-in and check-out process was simple, which is always a bonus. Thank you!

Such a sweet home

This house was so tastefully decorated and warm and welcoming. While the house is on a major throughway for this town, the town is so quiet that it was not an issue. Across the street, there is a grocery store that is very convenient for essentials. For those with dogs, please note that the front yard is NOT fenced in but the backyard is sizeable enough for your furry family members to stretch their legs and enjoy the outdoors.

Clean and Adorable!

This house is even more charming and full of character than the pictures show. Beds are all very comfortable. Living room TV has firestick. The house was very clean. We were there during Christmas and the house was decorated so cute for the holiday. The Christmas tree looked like something out of a magazine. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Getaway

My family had a great mini-vacay during the Thanksgiving holiday staying at the Magnolia Jade. The house was spacious, clean, and had a great kitchen to prepare all the fixins’. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely stay again!

It was perfect

We stayed at the Baxter home while in Baxter for our son’s wedding - it worked out perfect to be so close to the Venue and it’s just a lovely cozy homey home. It’s beautiful and clean and everything we needed as available! We loved our stay and would rent it again if we needed to - blessings to all!

Perfect for Weddings at The Monarch!

I rented the Magnolia Jade for me & my bridesmaids the night before my wedding at The Monarch & it was fabulous! The location is so convenient, yet offers a lot of privacy. The house is so spacious and can house a group very comfortably. Wonderful host as well!

Small town getaway

We had so much fun at this property. It is close Cookeville where we spent a lot of time. The house was super clean and Lindsey was extremely helpful. The only issues we had were the fact that there are no curtains on the back windows or front windows and the event venue next door. There was a venue there on our second night and the music was loud well past midnight. Overall, a beautiful place to get away.

Large house , nice Neihborhood.

Nice decor, across the street from a little restaurant, and market. Close to Cookeville without the Cookeville traffic. Close to Cummins Falls State Park. It was as if we had stepped back in time.
