Waterfront Condo with a View in Rockport

2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo, beautifully remodeled in 2020/2021.

Located just minutes from Rockport beach, with the ocean and a dedicated spot to moor your boat directly outside your backdoor. The home has everything you need to make the most of your stay in Rockport, whether a romantic weekend getaway, a fishing trip with friends, or a weeklong trip for the whole family. Enjoy a sunrise on the top deck, Netflix on 3 HDTVs, swimming or grilling at the community pool or have drinks on the shaded lower deck in the afternoon.

There's room for up to 6 guests. All bedrooms and full restrooms are located on the top floor. Master suite has a queen size bed, guest room has a bunk bed with full bed on the bottom and twin bed on the top. The kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and a half bath are located on the ground floor. The couch downstairs converts to a full size bed and there's also a full size blow up air mattress, providing plenty of flexibility with sleeping arrangements.

You'll find lots of things to make the most of your time here, including

July 4th Weekend

Pleasant

Very nice, however the beds were uncomfortable. Queen in master was like sleeping in a valley. Double bunk seemed smaller than a double for the couple in the room. Will need to opt for nothing less than queens or king size beds in future. also, should mention there is a one cup Keurig in kitchen which was great, but not mentioned in original write-up.

Great Condo

Decided to run down to the coast for a quick fishing trip and this condo was perfect. Parked the boat 10’ from the patio. Very clean and comfortable property. Will definitely use in the future.

Enjoyed the condo we stayed at. Very clean and inviting. The owner made things very easy by labeling and placing notes around the condo to help you if needed. Owner was accommodating and made you feel very welcome.

Great for adults only or entire family. Our teens loved the place and really enjoyed catching fish right out the back doors. The view and location are perfect.

Family Vacation 2022

Condo was nice and convenient. Rooms where clean and spacious. Construction on main road slowed us down but not bad. Pools where large and fishing was nice right off back deck.

End of summer trip

Stayed here with the grandkids the week before school started. Everything was great and just as pictured. The unit is very clean and well equipped. Both pools are nice and we used them a lot. It is close to the very kid friendly Rockporr beach’. The owner had great communication from before check in through checkout. Highly recommend.

Perfect in every way

Our family has been to Rockport many times and have stayed at many different places. This was by far the most favorite. The hosts have thought of everything. From the games and books available, to the extra plush blankets, to night light in the kids room. We had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back!

Fabulous place

Was everything as described. Beautiful location. We loved the decks with the view and closeness to water. We often saw herons snd enjoyed watching them. The pools were a nice option. We enjoyed using the tennis courts. The condo was so clean, well stocked kitchen with all needs to cook, and overall the place was well maintained. The Rockport Beach was a short drive. No more than 10 minutes. We enjoyed it too. Stop by the Rookery to vies the bird sanctuary. It’s a sight to see! We appreciate the hospitality of the host checking in on us. We will be back!

Great communication

Owner made sure we had everything we needed. Nice and quiet location. Didn’t care for the grill that was there because it was like a big George Foreman. So you didn’t get the actual grill taste. I prefer a propane or charcoal grill. Place was very clean and loved the back patio .

The condo was very clean and up to date. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the family overlooking the canal and boats. Had great communication with the owners throughout the rental process. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Wonderful bayfront retreat

The owner was TERRIFIC about communication and made everything easy! This is the perfect size house for a vacation home on the coast. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed to prepare several meals. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were nice. The view from the master bedroom and the living room was peaceful and lovely. The condo is right on a canal and you can fish off the patio. There's even a faucet outside to wash hands before coming back inside. Great location inside Key Allegro. Walking distance to both pools and just a short ride to Rockport Beach. We would absolutely return!

Wonderful

This was an amazing condo! It had everything we needed and more. Walking in the front door we were greeted by a back door view of the water. What a start! Comfortable living space and nice bedrooms, we were very much at home. Easy and prompt communication with the owner allowed us to answer a couple of questions we had about the pools. We will be back!
