Nestled on 3 acres and minutes from downtown Leavenworth, this dog-friendly lodge is ideal for family gatherings. Spread out b/t two levels of living space that includes two full kitchens. The large upstairs living room is the perfect spot to relax at the wood burning stove, entertain at its charming wooden bar and fully stocked game selection. The theater room w/a 100-inch projection screen, surround sound and comfy theater seating is the perfect spot for a family movie night. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and partial views of the rugged enchantments from a wrap around deck and oversized hot tub. The kids will love the play set, sprawling lawn and games in the garage. 12 maximum occupancy. 6 vehicles maximum can be parked at the home.

Great winter get-away property!

We take our family (immediate, extended family, and friends) on an annual vacation, and we chose Leavenworth as the spot for a winter trip. This was a perfect choice for accommodating all of us - lots of space, many amenities, close to town, etc. Very cozy and fun! Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time for my 50th birthday celebration. The house had lots of room for everyone, was clean, and had lots of charm. Everything worked well once we figured out how to get the water going, and the host was very responsive and came out right away to help. Beds were comfortable. Lots of fun games for the kids, and a beautiful and convenient location.

Great family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ann’s house - she was very responsive to any and all questions, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need. Our kids loved the big yard and movie room, the adults loved the fire table at night.

Great Family Rental

Huge house with tons of space for everyone. Perfect set-up for families with toys, game rooms, movie room, pavement to ride bikes and lawn to run on. Kitchen is very well stocked and communication with the owner was fantastic. Also a great starting point for bike rides up Icicle Creek.

perfect for three generations

Our group of 6 adults and 4 young kids loved the many books toys and outdoor play spaces. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space. This lodge is obviously well- cared for, and worth the money. We also loved the canal path. Leavenworth is a beautiful place.

Great Family Snow Fun Getaway

The house was perfect for a big family stay! Lots of things for kids of all ages to stay entertained. Huge fully stocked kitchen and a dining room table large enough to seat all of us. The theater room was awesome! With lots of fun activities nearby, this was the perfect place for us!

beautiful setting very nice home

we had our kids and grandkids, stay for the weekend. we had a great time very comfortable. The only negative we had was it looked like the last renter left used diapers under one of the bunk beds. You cant take some people anywhere lol .. I'm sure it was an easy miss by the house keeper. Other then that it was a perfect setting we had a great time.

Nice Place. Lots of room.

This was a good spot for our family gathering. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids disappeared into game room (garage) and the theater pretty quickly which left the adults with a lot of space and quiet to hang out. The theater seems magically sound proof.

Great house for elementary age kids

This was a great home with plenty of space for kids and adults to sleep and hang out. Great location away from bustle of town but close enough to activities and river access. The movie room and game room were a big hit.

Great place

Large house on a large piece of land. Beautiful scenery all around. We saw deer grazing in the yard one morning. It’s only a few minute drive to Leavenworth. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Guys Weekend

Six of us held our annual winter weekend at this wonderful house. It had the best equipped kithchen of any vrbo house we've ever stayed in. We're all foodies, so this was key as we prepared dinners. Very comfortable dining and living areas, great hot tub, and spectacular views. The hosts Ann and Sean we're fantastic. We'd love to stay again!

Wonder Mountain Retreat

Such an amazing house and property! We used the cabin for a family get together during the holidays and it was really perfect. Tons of room, lots of games and activities and the theater room was tons of fun. The hosts were excellent too, answering all our questions and helping get the driveway and deck plowed/shoveled after a snowstorm. This place is highly recommended!

Great home for family vacations!

This home is great for family vacations. The layout of the upstairs and downstairs was perfect for my family who has kids ranging from 2 to 14! The littles were easily able to take naps without being disturbed. The game room and movie room were also a big hit. Only downside was the lawn was a little squishy. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we'll be keeping this house in mind for the future!

Perfect place for family reunion

We had long weekend in this comfortable house in a very beautiful place. The house is fully staffed, clean and warm even in extremely freezing weather. It’s very spacious and cozy. It’s just 8 minutes drive to the Leavenworth center. Owners are really supportive, polite and welcoming. It was wonderful experience! Hopefully we could come there again.

Amazing spot in Leavenworth!

Fantastic house! We were a group of several families with kids and there were so many great things about this place that made our week awesome. The movie room and game room were definitely favorites! It was pretty warm while we were there, but were were still able to enjoy the yard in the late afternoon/evening. The kitchens were well stocked with basics, and all the cooking tools we needed. Overall, we loved staying here and had a great week in Leavenworth!

Amazing stay!

We had the most perfect stay at this property! Plenty of space for our group and every room and amenity was very well maintained - things like the hot tub and movie projector room were perfect for relaxing after a long day of writing. Sean and Ann were excellent hosts as well and were quick to respond to any question/issue that arose. Highly recommend for any time of the year, especially if you are looking for a place that’s both a restful retreat and a home base close enough to fully enjoy Leavenworth!

Great weekend with the boys!

This was a great property to spend with friends during an extended weekend. The space is big enough to sleep everyone comfortably and room to spare. Hot tub was amazing and bbq pit was put to good use. Communication with host was great. Would definitely recommend this property to others!!!!

We are the Reardon family and we hope you enjoy this peaceful retreat as much as we do. Our full time residence is in Seattle but we are in Leavenworth as much as we are able. There is a local property manager if an urgent need arises. Our favorite things are soaking in the hot tub, playing lawn games on the large front yard and riding our bikes into town and making a warm fire in the winter months. Enjoy!
