This property is available for 3, 4 & 7 day stays, and you should receive your reservation from the Resort when the booking is confirmed (usually within 2-3 days) when there is an availability. ~ This particular property has Sunday as a departing day (as opposed to a Monday) so keep that in mind when booking your days!
It is conveniently located about 1 mile from the Silver Dollar City amusement park (which is decorated at Christmas, will have a Santa Parade and is definitely a must see, best in the evening and bring your camera). ~ Crowne View Heights is also near Table Rock Lake. Visitors can easily enjoy fishing, boating and water sports.
Perched high in the Ozark Mountains in an oak forest, Crowne View Heights overlooks a secluded bay and offers panoramas of Table Rock Lake and the blue horizon of Arkansas. ~ Units are designed for comfort and functionality with contemporary kitchens, stone fireplaces, over-sized leather furniture, flat-panel HDTV's, and WiFi Access. Sliding glass doors open from the Great Room or Master Bedroom to a private deck with stunning lake views. ~~~ This resort offers an outdoor swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, exercise room, hot tub and laundry facilities.
If you want a quieter, more secluded place (instead of being in town) this is definitely it!
The fall colors add to the beauty of the area! ~ NOTE: As of November 1st (every year) the whole town of Branson is lit up for Christmas. ~ As we were told before we saw it for ourselves, they even decorate the small bushes!!! ~ The Branson Landing MALL by Lake Taneycomo is something you won't want to miss seeing with all it's Christmas Decor, as well as the program put on with their musical lights on the lake, where there is a large area of seating to watch and listen to the music! ~ Beautiful!!! ~ It is a joy just to walk the whole Mall area in the evening! ~ It is great all year round, but Christmas is everywhere during these two months.
There are so many shows to see and so many things to do. and It can also feel so good in the evening just to sit and relax by the fireplace! ~~~~~

The beauty of nature. My views! The comfort. Construction going on in the neighborhood, (noise) Condo was not deep cleaned. Cat hair in the drawers of the dressers and the drawers in the bathroom was not cleaned, they had other peoples toothpicks and lots of hair.

Nice place

Thia place over all was nice. It was clean and all the amenities were there to use. The only thing I didn't realize is the property was on the 4th floor.

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was very pretty but wished we didn't have the houses in the way. The price and facility were great!

We are a retired couple wanting to enjoy seeing more of the country. ~ We had a small retail shop and enjoyed it however it didn't really leave much time for vacations so are enjoying being able to travel now!

Why they chose this property

We really enjoy the fall for travelling! ~ We love the colors of fall and the temperatures are definitely more conducive to enjoying being outside. We know that the Ozarks have beautiful foliage so that has definitely drawn us to this area during that particular season!

What makes this property unique

It is an awesome place to sit back and relax, go to a show, go walk the Branson Landing Mall by Lake Taneycomo, or go out to one of the great dining areas or dinner shows like Dixie Stampede! ~ There is so much to do you certainly don't have to "want" for things to do! ~ There are also certain shops that I enjoy checking out every time we come here!
