Covell Cottage

Great location, close to I 35, cottage ison an acreage. Private and restful. Decorated tastefully to create a cozy atmosphere. Within 1.5 miles is a movie theater with a bowling alley, Starbucks and Braums. 12 miles north is Guthrie, OK which was the original State Capitol where many events and festivals are held every year!!! park, 11 miles North on I 35, is the Lazy E arena , many horse events are held here every year!!
Parking for one horse trailer at the Cottage. Just a further north is the historic city of Guthrie ,!

The space
Visitors have commented on being very private &, peaceful. Cottage is surrounded by other acreages...!!
Guests have complete use of cottage; private driveway and parking. The driveway has space for a horse trailer. Best kept secret:
yet resturants,movies, downtown,parks and other events are very close.

Lovely stay
The cottage had everything we needed we had our grandchildren come visit us and they enjoyed the donkeys and the horse they fed them carrots. Julie was wonderful at anything we needed. We will definitely be back for another visit soon.

Perfectly Peaceful Vacation Spot
The house was just perfect! Time on the patio viewing a beautiful little garden space was perfect for quiet time and coffee! Mrs. Judy was a precious hostess! She checked on us, and it was a joy to visit with her. We truly enjoyed our time there.

A quiet place.
I used this place as a base for a family reunion. Judy, the host was gracious and helpful without being obtrusive. The house was quiet and the bed comfortable.

Country feeling close to town.
Great hosts! House is a little dated, blue covering on chairs is hard plastic. Shower could use some work on shower head and handle it came off once. Stevie the cat is very friendly and take carrots to feed the horse and donkeys next door. Over all every thing was very good.

Quiet and peaceful
Host was pleasant and very communicative. Our stay was very convenient to all amnesties. Attended a wedding at The Venue and was very easy to get to. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, privacy, and comfort offered here.

I love this little cabin
This is a special place. A bit out from the busy areas, but super close in to 2nd/ rt 77. Five minutes over to the Walmart and all the shops, but beautifully remote on a couple acres. Greeted on arrival by a very friendly golden kitty who makes an excellent ambassador. The cabin is comfortable, well laid out, the master bedroom is huge. Kitchen is good, well stocked and easy. I've stayed multiple times and this is always my first pick for my monthly visits to Edmond. The owner is super nice and communicative if anything is needed.

We like staying here when visiting family. We tend to stay a few weeks at a time and would like to have laundry facilities.and better tv, but having wifi makes it worth it. This time the wifi had been removed which is a killer for us because of the length of our stays. Love the privacy, location and animals next door!

Perfect retreat for my family
This property is a gem! It's really close to downtown Edmond but a bit out in the woods as well. I loved waking up in the morning and walking out into the huge yard to see dorking hens, donkeys, and a super friendly golden cat who was an excellent ambassador to the property. The home was comfortable and nicely equipped; the master bedroom is a joy. Judy was responsive and helpful. A little cabin on a slice of farm in the middle of the suburbs. We will be staying here again during our monthly trips back to Oklahoma.

Comfortable country living !
Located off a main road, this was a country getaway. Spotless house, pleasant hostess and all the amenities needed for an extended stay. I would book this property again without a second thought.

The home was clean and had plenty of towels and blankets. The owner provided us fans when we requested them, and she had even saved a missing earring for us from the last time we stayed there. Great spot for us to stay while visiting our favorite college student!
