Set of 4 chalets with 20 apartments, built in 1988, on the pool road, 500 m from ski lifts, 200 m from the first shops, facing south with a very beautiful view of all the surrounding mountains, ski slopes and the village. Access to ski slopes is very easy since the Residence is in the center of the resort, while enjoying peace and quiet.
ENTRANCE HALL: (linoleum floor) with MOUNTAIN CORNER 4.53 m2, 2 bunk beds in 70 (covers), closets,
BEDROOM: (linoleum floor) 4.78 m2, 1 bed in 140 (covers), closet and wardrobe, small north-facing window overlooking a walkway,
BATHROOM: 1.96 m2, bathtub, sink, storage, towel warmer, hair dryer, independent toilet,
LIVING ROOM: (linoleum floor) 12.81m2, sofa bed 140, dining area, television, south-facing balcony of 3 m2, balcony table and chairs, superb view of the mountains, the village and the ski slopes,
FITTED KITCHEN, 4 electric cooking plates, combined grill/microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment (121 L), raclette appliance, filter coffee maker
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Residence bien située mais le Logement a grand besoin d'un coup de fraîcheur !

Nous connaissons la station et la situation de la Résidence et apprécions d être au cœur du village et de tout faire à pied. Nous connaissons certains appartements pour y savoir séjourné de nombreuses années de suite mais après 10 ans d'absence, il est regrettable de voir que cet appartement n'a subi aucun travaux de rafraîchissement...

Excellent souvenir et à refaire dans ce logement.

L’emplacement idéal. Le confort en adéquation avec le coût. Il est agréable à vivre. Le manque de lave linge. Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine.( ciseaux, poêles plus neuves, couteaux à viande)

Très bon accueil des personnes de l'agence .Le positionnement du bien, proche des remontes mécaniques. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Un rafraîchissement des infrastructures, une meilleure signalétique pour trouver le casier à skis et la place de parking qui n’est pas dans le même bâtiment. L’appartement est bien en lui même même si il n’est pas de dernière génération. la cafetière n’est pas de bonne qualité ( café qui coule à côté) et pourrait être remplacée par une machine à dosette . Très difficile de se garer dans le garage avec un Scenic, la place est très étroite .
