SEA2SKY is a luxurious 5-bedroom, 4 full bathroom oceanfront single family home with beautiful, private walk to the beach and private pool with waterfall spa. This home features an updated kitchen and 4 bathrooms, 2 with walk-in showers. There is a huge master bedroom with double French doors, a covered oceanfront deck with seating and beautiful views, spacious walk-in closet, and a beautiful shower with fantastic ocean views. There are 4 generous sized bedrooms with TVs and single sized sofa sleepers. The lower-level bedroom has private ensuite with kitchenette.

Enjoy the round ocean side private pool with new saltwater system and waterfall hot tub. Plenty of deck space and outdoor furniture to relax. Just a few steps on your private walking path to the ocean beaches. Nice big outdoor shower to rinse off. Stunning views all around!

Entertain your friends and family in the open living area, overlooking your private pool and the blue Atlantic Ocean. Walk to Kure Beach Pier, Restaurants and activities. The garage offers parking for two cars and a parallel space in the driveway (please read additional information at end of listing about parking). There are not many single-family ocean front homes that offer this gracious space and amenities. Reserve your week now! SEA2SKY will not disappoint! You will be coming back to make memories for many years to come.

Garage height is 5’9- two car garage height. All weekly bookings include 1 complimentary parking pass for the week. Please provide the license plate, make and model to Carolina Beach Rentals. Parking is enforced April 1 – September 30 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Parking rates are $5 per hour. Other visitors may purchase a day pass for $20, weekly pass for $100 or full season pass for $200.

No need to come by our office and wait in line to pick up a key. This home is equipped with a keyless entry lock so you can start enjoying your vacation.

Pets accepted for an additional $200 per dog (maximum of 2 dogs). Please inquire for details.

Kure Beach and Carolina Beach are dog-friendly! Dogs are allowed on the beach from October 1 through March 31. They must be cleaned up after and on a leash or restraint lead no longer than fifteen feet. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from April 1 through September 30.

Perfect

I probably looked at 75 houses from Wrightsville to Kure. We wanted on the water. Because it is mid Feb, I didn't want a home that had real beach-y decor. This house is lovely, very nicely decorated, but not overly so. It is spacious, with so much room for everyone to have their space. Because it was cold, beach time with the kids was at a minimum. The house was spacious enough for them to run around without hurting anything. The hot tub was great. We used it every day. The beds were comfortable and there were pull out love seats in the parents' rooms for the littles. The 2 year old slept in her pack&play, but we found a full size crib.The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for cooking and grilling.The communication with management was excellent. We plan to return! It was a 5 star experience.

Xmas 2024 Beach Stay

The house was exactly as shown online. It was the perfect place for our family Christmas. The kitchen was superbly stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was simple. The only drawback was a limited amount of towels in the bathrooms, though we were told about that ahead of time. Difficult for those flying to bring e tray towels, and there was only 1 kitchen dish towel. Communication with the property manager was quick.we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!!

The house was nice and clean. Right on the beach. The hot tub had a couble of clitches but property manager was on the spot and helped us fix it. Would love to stay again!

Awesome Beach House

We had a family reunion at Sea2Sky with kids as young as seven and adults as old is 75. The pool was wonderful! The hot tub was a treat and the views were beautiful! We all had a wonderful time.

The Perfect Home To Relax!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location is unbeatable, right on the ocean, offering fabulous views that we enjoyed every day. The home itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. One of the highlights was the private pool and hot tub, which provided hours of relaxation and fun for the whole family. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the beach was an absolute delight. The management were also incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy quality time together. We highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway.

A lovely place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property and enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, the hot tub, the beautiful ocean views and the ability to bring our dog. The only drawback was the parking. We had 5 cars and there are 2 parking spaces in the garage. We knew this going in, however the parking companies are quick to ticket. We had just arrived and were inside downloading the parking app to pay for the parking and were ticketed by the time we came back out to unload. If possible I would recommend you download the app and pay for spaces prior to arrival to avoid a $60 fee.

Great house!

Great house! Will stay again with my family. Clean, well equipped and easy access to the beach. Had a minivan that wouldn't fit in the garage, but parking space convenient on the street.

Beautiful April weekend, beach not crowded, celebrating four April birthdays in the family: 6 adult, 4 kids, 2 dogs. Property was spotless, obviously recently refurbished, and handled our crowd just fine. The hot tub functioned, excellently equipped kitchen, and superb views to the ocean from upper and lower decks. Kure Beach is old school NC and far enough away from the rowdier Carolina Beach. Less congested. Great beach, fantastic house.

My Family and I Enjoyed Our Stay

This was our first time staying at Kure Beach. We absolutely loved the relaxation and peaceful atmosphere. The home was beautiful. There was plenty of space for my family and our little dog. The view from the master bedroom balcony is absolutely beautiful! The rental agency was very responsive to issues/concerns. We definitely plan to stay again.

Beautiful house, spotty communication

This house is beautiful and has so much potential- some that is unmet. The location is awesome, right on the beach and close to the little town center of Kure Beach. We rented this house specifically because of the hot tub and, unfortunately, it did not work for 5 of the 7 days we were there. Our stay was over the holidays and we found it very difficult to have consistent access to the property manager. The phone number we were provided for them was not their number and when we mentioned that in an email (the only way we could communicate with them) they provided no other form of communication. We were told someone would be there to fix the hot tub so we waited at the house and no one ever showed that day. We also had to ask twice for additional sheets to have enough for the beds/pull-outs that were available. We rent at different locations every year at the holidays and have never had this lack of communication or follow-up. It was very disappointing. While the owners did provide a small refund due to the lack of hot tub - it did impact our family holiday vacation. I’m guessing that renting at a time other than the holidays that this would be the perfect place. The house itself is beautiful. There are 2 refrigerators though they will tell you there is only one. There are plenty of kitchen essentials for a large family. The outside seating is nice and the walk to the beach is quick! I would recommend this house - just not at the holidays.

Thanksgiving 2023

We loved our stay, the home was wonderful for our extended family to stay for Thanksgiving. The beds are very comfortable and you are directly on the beach. The pictures in the listing are very accurate. The only negative is the dishwasher. It is smaller than one would expect for the house and often the water doesn't reach the tab to release the dish detergent, so we had to rerun at least half the time we ran it.

It was great. The only reason I don't give the perfect scores is because the floors were not very clean when we got there. The house definitely a hand vacuum for everyday touchup. I bought some Clorox wipes for after meals cleaning. The house has a great floor plan for our family. very nice, updated house.

Beach week ‘23

Great location beautiful beach, nice home with fantastic ease if use. However on the downside home smelled of bug killer the entire time and was a little rough around the edges, not t to be unexpected at the beach, but at this price point I have stayed at 5 star hotels on the beach without some these issues. Also parking is nit good for more then one vehicle, unless you have a very small car that would fit in a very low garage. Home comes with one reserve space on a very busy road.

Great beach getaway

The house was clean pet friendly and in a great location. Property manager was very responsive to requests including extra sheets and on street parking. Location is nice, a short walk from the Kure Beach pier with an arcade, shopping, restaurants, and ice cream. Pool was an added bonus. I'd stay again.

Perfect location for multi-generational family

Our group ranged from a six-month-old infant to great-grandparents in their 70's. The house was PERFECT for us, as was the location. The rental office was VERY prompt in responding to our questions and inquiries; our only complaint was confusion about the parking pass and we hope the rental office has secured the proper Kure Beach parking pass for future rentals, since parking the extra vehicle in Carolina Beach is NOT very convenient! The location is quiet but a short walk takes you to a few restaurants and a small mini-mart, plus the pier. A short drive to Caroline Beach gets you to numerous shops, restaurants, activities, and groceries. There were plenty of pool toys and the kitchen was very well-stocked. Highly recommend this house!

Great for large groups

We had 9 in our group and this property was perfect for us. There was lots of space both inside and outside to enjoy our stay with lots of games and beach supplies provided by the property. Parking is a little awkward for large groups, but otherwise I would recommend this house to anyone.

This home has everything you could possible want and need. Spacious rooms, great amenities and comfortable beds. Pool and spa were inviting when wasn’t raining 😊. Looking to come back in October.
