Relax at Villa Fleur in luxurious surroundings. Renovated in 2018 it has a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and dining area. The living room features comfy furniture and a panel TV. One queen bedroom and one twin bedroom. Enjoy outdoor dining on the brick patio surrounded by a tropical landscape.
Villa Fleur is located in the Shipyard Condominiums at the Truman Annex. The Shipyard is in the heart of Old Town Key West on the former U.S. Navy property of Truman's Little White house. Just steps from Duval St. and located near the Ft. Zach beach and Hemingway's house, all of Old Key West's sites are within easy walking distance. Our private oasis can be your tropical retreat.

Great Location

Booking bd Communication through Joe was very easy. The property was everything we were hoping for and just a 4 min walk to ducal street. Highly recommend this property for your stay.

Well appointed, perfectly organized, comfortable and cozy

Our family of four stayed the week after Christmas. Joe was very responsive and offered a place to store our luggage when we arrived early and let us have a late check out.The unit has multiple seating areas (indoors and outside) that easily accommodated all four of us. And the bedrooms are at different ends of the space. The extras are nice - soft linens, premium cookware and cutlery. Joe and team make the condo feel cared for with you in mind.

Cozy in a perfect location

Enjoyable place and nice unit and great location to all of Key West was with in walkable distance 5 minutes from Duval st. Pool was nice, great time would book again if we come back to Key West

Villa Fleur at Shipyard

We had a great time! The Condo is very well maintained and has everything you'd need for an extended stay. Check-In, drop off your stuff, run to the grocery store to stock up and it's your relaxing home away from home for the duration. Perfect placement as well....an easy walk to the center of Duval so you can leave the car there and not worry about finding a place to park. I highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

Location, Location, Location! Conveniently close to all the main attractions particularly Fort Zachary Beach and the Truman Waterfront Park. My only regret was not being able to stay longer.

Perfect location and safe for family trip.

We rented mopeds and that is the best way to see the island and get to dinner. The rental co. allowed our car to stay there for the week since you only have one parking spot. This is a great option even for part of your visit. All of the dinner recommendations that they listed were fabulous and within walking distance. I felt very comfortable letting our older teen children walk around and the location of this property is it’s greatest asset. The manager was very attentive and laid back which was great since we asked for some favors. The unit was clean and communication with the cleaner was also great. There is a sofa bed if someone wants more room and the other queen and twins we’re comfortable.

Great Key West experience

Just my wife and I stayed here and it's perfect for two. We've stayed in the Shipyard Condos before and the location can't be beat. No problems with the condo at all. Property manager was great to work with also. One block to pick up bikes and we were off and running. Probably spent too much time at the Green Parrot though but had a blast. Highly recommend this place.

Final Good Bye

Property was perfect for myself and 2 friends. Was a little taken back with clothes in closets and dresser. Also cupboard filled with food products didn't leave any room for our food. Otherwise it was absolutely beautiful and perfect. It defintely fit our needs and Joe's recommendation for sunset cruise was spot on. We were he to spread my husbands ashes. The cruise was perfect. They were easy to book and work with. Perfect retreat for us.

Awesome!

Very happy to find a 2 bedroom available in Florida Keys. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay tremendously! Property was walking distance to kids park and splash park. We biked around and enjoyed Higgs beach snorkeling. Thank you for a spacious homey stay.

First time Key West visit

The owner Joe was very informative about the area. We loved the location and short walk to everything! The AC in master BR was a little loud but actually sounded like rain. There wasn't much storage in the master but it worked for a week's visit. The pool and back patio areas were thoroughly enjoyed.
