Large great room with living/dining and open kitchen has sliding glass doors to a large private deck with gas grill, table and chairs. Home office with French doors is off the main living area. Lots of closets. 48" TV. 5G WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances. Large washer/dryer. Deck faces west for great sunsets but large beech tree provides shade in summer.

I have lived full time in Lake Placid since 1995. I am an avid hiker in all seasons. I am a licensed guide and enjoy helping people learn about xc skiing, snowshoeing, paddling and family friendly trails. I enjoy international travel and meeting new people.
Why they chose this property
Split Rock is located just a few blocks from Main Street and less than half a mile from the Jackrabbit trail and the grocery store. It is less than 2 miles from the Rail Trail.
