This FOUR (private) bedroom, THREE bathroom vacation home sleeps TEN and is perfectly placed steps from East Lake Okoboji. Your home away from home offers full size kitchen appliances, ice maker in fridge, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent pods, garbage bags, small appliances such as a Keurig one pot and single cup coffee maker (coffee & filters not provided) Ninja professional blender, crockpot and toaster are available for your use. Steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are furnished. Granite breakfast bar with 5 bar stools, the dining table seats four and is open to the living room/kitchen. Double patio doors to your private deck with gas grill, outdoor table and six chairs. Living room offers ample seating, streaming channels and high-speed internet, Wii game console, high windows with waterpark, pool and East Lake Okoboji views. Master bedroom presents a King size bed with full bathroom, shower/tub combo, vanity, closet, hand soap, toilet paper and an assortment of towels are furnished. The second bedroom on this level offers a queen bed and smart TV. The ground floor level provides another full bathroom, laundry room (stackable washer and dryer), and two additional private bedrooms. One bedroom provides a queen bed, smart TV, and make-up vanity. The second bedroom offers two twin over twin bunk beds (4 beds total).

Great weekend getaway.

Stayed for a 3 day weekend with extended family. Very nice accommodations. We had plenty of room. Enjoyed the deck with grill and firepit and also the open green space for playing games.

Great girls’ weekend

The property was perfect for our group. Plenty of bathrooms and space to hang out as a group or have some alone time. Spotless property. Garage door code wouldn’t work but we figured a work around. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

4 bedroom / 3 bathrooms property. ( Please note there is no room downstairs it’s the garage a bathroom & 2 rooms) GREAT off season price 🙌 Lots of room / big windows with a great view Close to the waterpark & boat landing. Workout room / indoor pool/ ample parking. Great deck with outdoor sitting. Will Definitely rent again. Few things. •I wish there was another bathtub( there’s only one in the downstairs bathroom ) •Tv is not Hi DEF & hard to manage ( We stayed on opening football weekend ) • Garage door code did not work • One couch in the living room not much room for comfortable sitting ( we used the kitchen chairs ) • Going on off-season to Okoboji means lots of things are closed( the pool at bridges outdoor was already closed and the indoor pool hours are very limited) •beds are cozy but very Squeaky

Things to work on.

For a vrbo they have some things to work on. Not enough towels for the amount of people that can stay there. No wash clothes, no dishwasher soap. Have to run the dishwasher before leave and put things away, so had to stay and wait for it to run its cycle. No mixer or blender. No bath soap.

Great vacation spot.

Our family gathered from different states and met here. With 4 kids under the age of 3 and 6 adults, we loved the location close to the water park, restaurants and docks. Property was great with 4 bedrooms, a deck view of the lake, and plenty of parking space. Will do this again next year!

Great location

Great location, easy access! The only issue was an excessive amount of fruit flies in the home. They were initially just in the master bathroom but then spread throughout the home during our 3 day stay. By the end of the stay they were rampant in all of the bathrooms and in the kitchen.

Independence Day Family Vacation

The house location was in a great area; easy to get to waterpark, boat slip, restaurants. I tried calling the property manager and there was no answer, left a message and no return call. I ended up calling the owner and she took care of our quest. Upon arrival there were only 5 bath towels in the entire unit...we got by the first day but when no one responded the second day is when i called the owner. Also noted to the owner was that the gas in the grill was low; and the kitchen countertop was dirty upon arrival. She was very concerned with the cleaning company prior to our arrival but she was accomoodating and everyone enjoyed the stay.

Okoboji family fun

This property worked out great for the 10 in our family (6 adults + 4 under 8 yr old). Easy walking distance to the water park & small playground. We rented a pontoon - 2 adults drove to the marina & bought the boat to Waterfront where we easily boarded…..again walking distance so we didn’t have to load up everyone & drive to the marina. Our rental was perfect size & had everything we needed except for bath soap & Kleenex (it would have been thoughtful to have some shampoo & conditioner available too). Overall we were very happy - property is updated & clean. Highly recommend!

Great location, clean and fully equipped for family stay

We enjoyed our family weekend stay at Okoboji. This is the 3rd time we have rented a Bridges Bay unit. Well communicated check-in information. Only down side to our stay on a beautiful summer weekend in August, outside water park /pool was closed and could not enjoy the warm sunshine. We were told it was due to lack of lifeguard staff. Very disappointing.

Perfect place to stay with friends

The place was perfect! Everything was very comfortable and in a perfect location to get to Arnold’s Park, and all the other locations. We also had a small view of the lake which is a perk for when you are having your morning coffee, mimosa or bloody mary on the deck. Hope to be back next year!

Boji trip

Other than having to wait 45 minutes to check in because the cleaning staff had to finish up, the amenities were great. There were some minor things overlooked during the rushed cleaning but I was willing to overlook that considering. The management also did a a good job of get tab key with us during our stay, so overall, it was a nice experience. I would recommend.
