THE ENCLAVE 302….This condo is directly on beach. Low density condo complex with only 69 units. It is located on the 3rd floor and is our little piece of paradise. We have an indoor and outdoor pool and pickle ball/tennis courts. The beach is just steps away. There is a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and sunrises or sunsets.


LIVING AREA:
This condo has plenty of space to entertain with open floor plan and is decorated beautifully. After a day in the sun relax in the roomy living area with a sofa (each end reclines), a recliner and two additional chairs. Watch movies on the dvd player on the 65in tv mounted on the wall, all streaming apps available and of course then standard local cable.

KITCHEN:
Very well equipped with everything you may want for your stay. Plenty of dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Stainless steel appliances.

BEDROOMS & BATHS:
This one-story condo sleeps up to ten guests in three bedrooms.
Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, furnished with a king bed and 48” flat-screen cable TV and Blu-ray player. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity and chair, water closet, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. The master also features private access to the balcony.
A second bedroom is outfitted with two full-size beds and a 32” flat-screen cable TV and Blu-ray player. A second en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
A third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and a 43” flat-screen cable TV. A third en-suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS:
Dine alfresco on the third-floor balcony, furnished with outdoor sectional and other seating. Or simply take in the expansive views of the coast.
Find fun for the whole family at the complex pool (6’ deep), zero entry with tanning ledge. Read a book on a poolside lounger, or cook out on the shared grill. Keep the fun going throughout the year at the heated indoor pool (6’ deep). And make sure you bring your A-game for the Enclave’s pickle ball/ tennis courts.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned permit-parking for two vehicles in the surface lot. (Two parking passes need to be obtained at on site security( upon arrival.)
This third-story condo is accessible via an elevator and/or steps..

THE LOCATION:
Walk just minutes to the beach from this waterfront gem. A plethora of dining options and convenient amenities are also within walking distance.
When you’re not partaking in any of the nearby parasailing, fishing, or boating activities, find fun for the whole family at Adventure Island, just 1 mile from your front door.
Plan a day trip to visit local points of interest, like Alabama Point East Beach Park (2.2 miles) or Gulf State Park (5 miles).


NO PETS ALLOWED! A FEE OF 500 WILL BE IMPOSED AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY! I love my furbabies also but they are not allowed by condo association.

PARKING PASSES: please obtain 2 parking passes at the office on the ground floor. They are FREE. ONLY 2 per unit.

Great condo with plenty of room and anything you need for the kitchen. Easy owners to work with. Parking is not ideal at all- made it were you really didn’t want to leave to go eat in the evening due to afraid may not get a space when you return. Probably will not stay here again simply for the parking issues. The week we was there the pool was not open and it was a holiday week. They had to drain the pool and repair it for some reason. Other than the parking- the condo and location was awesome and couldn’t ask for better views and location.

Communication with property manager was quick and easy. Condo was great with plenty of room. Very comfortable. Great beach access. Nice pool. Not the property managers fault but parking was bad. Our son and his wife came back late from dinner one night and had to pay $25 to park at the Fairfield Inn down the street. Would definitely stay here again but probably not until the parking situation is improved.

Great Location
We took a much needed vacation and the condo was perfectly located for all our activities. Parking can be an issue because it is first come first serve basis, but that is not something the owner has control over. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The unit was clean, spacious, and inviting. It was perfect for the family to spend time together on the beach. The only problem was the door to balcony did not open from bedroom. I would have loved to have the ocean playing while I slept, but overall a wonderful stay. The beds were comfy as well.

This rental is perfectly located. Directly across the street from 2 supermarkets, several restaurant's, & assorted shops. Owners were very helpful with a few issues that we had due to previous renters. We will be returning next year for our family vacation.

One request would be a small bottle of soap for the kitchen sink. Chloride does not clear sand clog on the tub One of the beds was full of sand and a pillow had a long black hair on it.

The place is great. The pool was beautiful. The beaches were nice. No complaints about accommodations. Just be aware you are given 2 guest parking permits that do Not guarantee a parking space. There are not enough spaces if building is at full capacity. You can rent a spot close by but cost is $25/ day. The closest location for Premier Parking is across street at Fairfield inn and Suites.

Our 40th year
This was the perfect place for our group! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were so comfy we were practically asleep before our heads even hit the pillows, and the furniture on the balcony was the prettiest and most comfortable we've ever enjoyed. Over all these years we've stayed at lots of places from Gulf Shores to Orange Beach and this one was simply the best.

Thanksgiving at the Beach
This is a great unit for families. The 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms gave everyone the privacy they needed. The design of the balcony with solid bottom railing and plexi-glass on top was safer for a toddler, and the unit was very clean.

Awesome location!
LOVED this Condo on the beach! I rent from this area for many years... This condo by far is my favorite and hope to come soon again. I stayed with my 17 year old daughter who usually takes a friend but didn't this time...We drove to see a few colleges and had to stay for a 3 days in between Rice University and Tulane University visits and beach time. Its a perfect place for kids or other adults with rooms separate from Master that was huge. I cried leaving. Thanks for such a wonderful convenient location that was a real relaxing condo.
