Our vacation cottage is fully equipped and located within Pismo Sands RV Resort; a private, gated park with facilities available to our cottage guests such as pool, spa, rental bikes, playground, laundromat, and convenience store.

Staff very helpful. Internet poor. Must set up Roku. Ours failed often.can't get to beach without driving. In a kind of shabby, industrial area. Cottage small but very efficiently laid out. It had almost everything we needed.

Comfort Stay

We will be going back to stay at this property for sure. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this tiny house, it was not that tiny at all. The staff was over-the-top friendly, it was easy to get to, clean RV park (where it was located), and all around COMFORT! The only thing was they didn't have a Keurig coffee maker and we had taken our own K cups to use BUT they did have coffee and a regular maker there.

First the screen door fell off. Second, Woke up next morning and BUGS ALL OVER KITCHEN. Third, sheets did not fit on bed.

As advertised clean, cozy, and close to the beach.

Overall great experience! The cottage was a perfect for a quick getaway not having to set up a trailer and all that involves made the cottage that much more enjoyable. Definitely would rent again.

Cozy is right!

Unit was smaller than we expected but overall okay for 2 night stay. The main entrance is in the bedroom which is awkward at night. We ate on the patio anf not being able to use the sliding door was inconvenient. The bed was fine but the pull out couch was very springy. Bring your own bedding for the pullout!

Pismo Sands Cabin

The cabin was comfortable and just as described. The RV park was full but quiet. Cristina was responsive to our questions. We hope to return again soon!

Staff and property are friendly and fun. House itself was perfect for our little family. Couple blind were cracked and broken. Water pressure and temp was without flaw. Bbq cover was weathered and torn. Door wouldn't lock. Worried about sleeping overnight with door insecure.Rec center and pool/hot tub are excellent for kiddos and adults. Resort is pet friendly. Guests are welcoming and friendly. Will stay here again.

Quick get away

We stayed for a quick get away for spring break. Decent price, could have been cleaner. The carpet in front room was really dirty. The beds were clean and overall it was fine. Not super close to the beach and I didn’t realize that...... we had fun and it was a great budget place.
