Welcome to the new dream holiday home 'Strandkorb' right on the beach and water.

The beautiful, fine sandy beach borders directly on the garden and terrace of the property! This holiday home offers you every comfort over three floors.

On the ground floor there is a large living area with a seating area, a cozy dining area and a well-equipped kitchen as well as a guest toilet. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed and a standing balcony. The wellness bath with whirlpool invites you to relax. One floor up you will find the studio with further highlights: spacious terrace, shower, sauna with sea view. The comfortable sofa bed invites you to relax and offers two additional sleeping options.

We have taken care of your entertainment. A Blu-Ray player, a CD player with USB connection for Ipod and Ipad, a selection of DVDs and CDs, board games for adults and children and children's toys are available in the house and are just waiting to be used by you. End the eventful vacation day on the terrace or in the garden with a beach chair.

Great little family getaway spot
We had a wonderful stay at this quiet seaside holiday home. The house had everything we needed. Amanda was a great host and we could contact her at any time if needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Tolle Lage
Das Haus liegt wirklich direkt an Strand. Check-in war problemlos. Das Haus war sehr sauber.Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es gab nur ein winziges Schneidbrett und kein Brotmesser o.ä. aber ansonsten top. Es lagen Spüllappen, Schwamm, Geschirrtuch und 2 Spülmaschine Tabs bereit.Auf den Bildern ist eine Badewanne mit Düsen abgebildet. Es ist aber nur eine normale Badewanne vorhanden.Das Sofa unten wurde auch ausgetauscht. Nun ist es, meiner Meinung nach, deutlich besser.Das Doppelbett ist nun ein Boxspringbett. Nicht durchgelegen oder ähnliches. Ansonsten alles so wie beschrieben.

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus. Der Strand vor der Tür und das tolle Haus machten den Aufenthalt für alle sehr erholsam.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Tolle Lage. Ideal zum entspannen. Sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen. Sind mit Hund gereist. Kappeln ist nicht weit entfernt. Sehr schöne kleine Stadt. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.

Lage und Gegend sehr schön, von der Terrasse an den Strand, wo hat man das. Unterkunft wirkt abgewohnt. Ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse wäre von Vorteil, Ständer ist ja da. Im letzten Jahr war der Schirm kaputt und an der Terrassenumgrenzung angebunden. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder nach Olpenitz kommen. Bis dahin Beste Grüße

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Leider kamen wir an & hatten im Untergeschoss überall Ameisen. Selbst in den Küchenschränken in Lebensmitteln von den Vorgängern hatten wir Ameisen. Haben natürlich sofort angerufen bei den Betreibern aber da kam leider nur, das ist nun mal so, das liegt an der Bauart. Da wir ein kleines Kind dabei hatten, konnten die Besitzer nur an der Haustür eine Ameisenbombe aufstellen. Zudem lag im Garten ein alter Grill, Topfschwamm und eine kaputte Lampe. Die Gartenmöbel und die Möbel ganz oben auf dem Balkon waren komplett vollgeschissen von den Möwen. Die dafür vorgesehenen Sitzkissen ebenfalls. Die wurden dann aber nach unserem Anruf von dem Serviceteam soweit es ging sauber gemacht. Ein Ständer für einen Sonnenschirm gab es, jedoch keinen dazugehörigen Schirm, da die vorherigen Mieter den Schirm bei Sturm nicht zusammengeklappt haben und der dann kaputt ging. Leider für das Geld nicht angemessen gewesen. Schade!

Haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht, das sagt alles. Strand an der Terrasse, wo gibt es sowas noch? Wenn vielleicht in der Küche noch etwas aufgerüstet wird, wäre es noch perfekter. Freuen uns schon alle auf nächstes Jahr :-) :-) :-)

Sehr schöne Lage, tolle Begrüßung durch die Hausbetreuung. Generell könnte das Interieur etwas schöner sein. Sonnenliegen zum Beispiel, nicht alles so zusammengewürfelt. Man hat das Gefühl, dass alles, was so nicht gebraucht wird, in der Wohnung landet. Was überhaupt nicht geht, ist ein Objekt mit Whirlpool anzubieten, der dann aufgrund eines Defektes gegen eine schnöde Badewanne ausgetauscht wird. Das ist eigentlich ein erheblicher Mangel, wenn man explizit nach Objekten MIT Whirlpool gesucht hat. Und wie gesagt, die Ausstattung könnte etwas liebevoller/ schöner sein. Die mittig im Abstellraum stehende Waschmaschine würde ich kaum als solche betrachten. Wir mussten sie nicht nutzen, aber falls eine Familie mit zwei Kindern dort waschen wollte, schwierig. Und neue Kopfkissen wären auch sehr sinnig.

Super Lage, aber Luxus - naja…
+ Die Anreise war unproblematisch wie immer im Ostseeresort. Man hatte keinen klassischen Check-In sondern hat telefonisch erklärt bekommen wie man an den Schlüssel kommt 👍 perfekt für eine entspannte An-/Abreise. - Leider gibt es keinen Wirlpool/-wanne mehr, was für uns bei der Buchung tatsächlich ausschlaggebend war 🤷‍♀️ Aber wir wurden immerhin vor der Ankunft informiert. Ein Preisnachlass wär natürlich schön gewesen. Alle Nachbarn haben übrigens ihren Wirlspaß… - Es gibt keinen Grill vor Ort, was wirklich schade ist. Zum Sommerurlaub gehört grillen für uns einfach dazu. Ein kleiner Grill kann aber beim Edeka umme Ecke gekauft werden ;) + Wir waren mit unserem 1 Jährigen da, Kinderbett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden 👍 Bombe wäre natürlich n Treppenschutz aber das wär meckern azf hohem Niveau. Wobei due nachbarn aud der 1. Etage sogar ein Kindergitter hatten 🤷‍♀️ Das Inventar ist Hochwertig und teuer gewesen. Das erkennt man. - In der Küche hat man allerding keinen Stauraum für Lebensmittel due ungekühlt gelagert werden und es gibt zu wenig Besteck, Geschirr, und Kochutensilien. Nur 1 Pfanne war wirklich nutzbar, das war aber wenigstens die größte Pfanne xD Nichtmal eine Auflaufform oder Kuchenform gibt es. Wenn man also gerne direkt am Strand wohnt und zum essen ausgeht und weder einen Wirlpool noch einen Kamin braucht ist das Haus super. Für Familien, besonders mit kleinen Kindern gibt es im Resort bessere und günstigere Alternativen mit mehr Luxus. Das Resort werden wir wieder besuchen aber dann ein anderes Haus wählen.

Tolles Haus in bester Lage
Ein super schönes gepflegtes Haus in toller Lage. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und man kann sich rundum wohl fühlen. Trotz das es vier Häuser sind war es ruhig und man hat die Nachbarn überhaupt nicht gehört. Das Haus ist wirklich toll!
