That long-awaited beach vacation awaits at this absolutely adorable beach-front condo perfect for a family or group of friends to get away from it all. Everyone will slip into relaxation mode in no time with the fun coastal wallpaper, shiplap accents, and a private balcony perfect for sipping a morning coffee in the salty air. Sitting mere steps from the emerald blue water of the Atlantic, guests can enjoy direct beach access, shared pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground for the little ones to get their wiggles out. When the sun goes down, the living area will be the hub for entertaining with ample room to sit, free WiFi, and a flatscreen TV. Not to mention, the chef of the group will be in paradise with access to the full kitchen!

The peace and serenity of the beach await you in Saint Augustine. Sitting 14 miles from the heart of downtown, this private oasis is close to all of the action while offering a bit of seclusion. Though the beach will be calling your name each day, venturing out a bit will provide ample amusement away from the sand! Simply walk over to Fort Matanzas National Monument, sitting less than a half-mile from the complex, and check out the historic exhibits. For a leisurely walk, Fort Matanzas Overlook Trail is right across the street.

Nice condo, close to the ocean

You can view the ocean from the balcony. Not ocean front. Refrigerator was not on when we arrived with our groceries in hand. Had to flip the breaker to turn it on. Lots of stairs! Be able to climb 21 stairs with luggage to get in the front door. Glad we were in decent shape to do this.

Nicely decorated condo close to fabulous wildlife

The condo suited us well for our family of 5 if just a little small. It was very tastefully decorated. Definitely needed things like, more towel hooks in each of the bathrooms. The kitchen was awkward, very small, no microwaveable plates which was odd, but we made it work. Stove and oven worked surprisingly well. The beach was lovely, not overly crowded, and a very short walk. The nature area across the street is a must do even if just to wander around for 30 minutes. Ripple Effect Eco Kayak tours, 7 minute drive down the road was the highlight of our trip. The condo was a full 30 minute drive in to St. Augustine, which we didn't anticipate. We were glad for instacart grocery delivery! Must be good with stairs,20 stairs to get in to condo, which was not an issue for our family. The key pad lock did not work- instead unlocked a lock box with physical keys, which was a bit of a disappointment . Vacasa was not able to help us further with this when we called, after they ensured we were able to get in to the condo. TV remote needs instructions, took us a while to figure out. All in all, it was a good vacation.

Wonderful condo and property

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, and nicely finished. Everything was just as described. The only issue we had were Poor instructions on how to enter the condo initially. We were told it was a code on the door, but it was a code to a lock box with an actual key. And everyone must go to the office and register their license plate in order to enter the gate during daylight hours. This was not relayed to us either. Other than these minor issues, it’s a great place.

Just perfect!

We have stayed in St Augustine numerous times and this condo did not disappoint! Everything you need, well appointed kitchen with new appliances, sparkling clean pool, private beach access, the list goes on. The cleaning crew keeps this place immaculate and fresh! Can’t say anything negative at all, this was our happy place for 4 days and we will be back for sure!

Lovely and Cozy

Well situated and within walking distance of the pool and beach. This lovely unit offers high ceilings and good use of space. My family and I were comfortable and would love to book this unit again if we decide to visit Crescent Beach in the future.

I was surprised when I got there to discover it was an Ocean view as opposed to ocean front. The view was a small space between two buildings that were ocean front. There wasn’t a picture on the site depicting the 21 very steep stairs to get in, & the 13 additional steps of high gloss hardwood stairs to get o the bedrooms. It was a downer to be soooo cautious every time we had to climb or descend the dangerous stairs. The other problem were the heavy dust bunnies under all the den furniture that blew around while the patio door was open to hear the ocean. We could barely see the ocean with the dunes, & stairs down to the beach between the two buildings. The kitchen is nothing like the posted photos….much smaller & barely room to open the refrigerator doors & freezer. I hope to return to that complex next year, but will NOT stay in that unit. I love that facility & have stayed there in the past, & was much happier with the last experience. All in all it was a beautiful week with amazing weather with gorgeous sunrises, & sunsets over the inter coastal waterways & ocean. I paid a premium for that unit, & expected a better scenario. Lovely, but beach was closed during week

The place was really clean, cozy and in a great location. Part of the reason we chose it was because it was on the beach and we didn’t find out until we got there that the beach was closed all day during the week. Luckily there were many things to do nearby, so it wasn’t a huge issue for us.

An Exquisite Summer Haven

The condo was beautifully decorated. I was so impressed with it's cleanliness, just pristine. I was able to fully relax and enjoy my vacation. The property outside the condo was also well kept. Beautiful condo, great location

This condo is beautifully decorated and a quick walk to the heated pool and beach. We loved the location - away from the hustle but close enough to explore St. Augustine and even a day trip to Disney. We will definitely be back.
