This historic two-bedroom casita has been completely renovated from the floorboards to the roof. It is perfectly situated just behind the Railyard Historical District only one block from the famous Guadalupe Church. Dulce Casita is within walking distance to the Plaza, and one block from the Railyard where you can find great shopping, activities, and of course amazing food! The Railyard is home to Santa Fe's only Farmers Market!

King beds, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, large bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. Full A/C, WiFi, off-street parking, two flat-screen Smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime), stainless steel appliances, and many other amenities complete this wonderful downtown retreat! 

***This is a pet-friendly unit, but we do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties. Dogs that accompany a reservation must be approved by management before booking. They must be 30lbs or less, housebroken, non-barking, and at least one year old. If your dog meets the requirements above or has been approved by property management, a $60 per pet per week additional fee plus taxes will be added to your reservation.

Delightful Stay in Santa Fe

We’ll located, quiet street, close to restaurants and the square. Very well appointed Casita had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely would rent this Casita on a return visit to our favorite city.

Awesome experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Dulce Casita! It was brand new, very comfortable, awesome location and great experience overall! We were 3 minutes from the Plaza and everything was so accessible. The back patio was nice too. The management group was excellent to work with and easily accessible. We highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Comfy and well located for exploring the town

Well equipped and located with easy access to downtown and railyard areas. Great place to unwind after sightseeing. Indoor and outdoor living areas great and bedrooms comfy. Kitchen functional (broom and better wine glasses would be nice).

Dulce Casita is everything as listed plus more! Super comfortable beds, sparkling clean throughout, chill patio and porch, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room to hang out in, walkable to so many locations in all directions, reserved parking, loved the washer/dryer, single level was easy for my elderly mom to get around (just 3 steps in the front), and communication was very efficient, detailed, and timely. We can't wait to come back!

Great stay in Santa Fe

Incredible property in a lovely part of Santa Fe. The unit was stocked with everything we could need (detergent, coffee, toiletries, kitchen appliances), check in was easy, floor plan was perfect for two couples, and the area was quiet and peaceful while still walking distance to lots of good restaurants.

Perfect place!

The house was in a great location, quiet, but walkable to both the plaza and the Railyard. It was clean and spacious for 2 couples. My only complaint was that the windows don't open and the house felt a little hot at night. We had to put on the AC at night even though we preferred just opening windows.

Excellent Stay

A friend, my wife and I stayed at the Dulce Casita for several days. We had made reservations at the Santa Fe Opera for two operas which we really enjoyed. Dulce Casita was easy to find and convenient to a bunch of restaurants that we could dine at before heading to the opera. Parking is tight and several times had to back out onto the street. The street is not real busy so you just have to back out far enough to see what is coming. The Casita was very comfortable and will be a top choice if we go back to Santa Fe. There are 3 steps from the parking to the porch. One of us uses a cane and a walker and was able to do the steps with care.

Nice Property but not perfect

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. But a few items dimmed our stay: 1) the bed pillows are thin and only foam (no options are offered). 2) we could not get the fireplace to work, and received no call back after we called for help. 3) the parking is difficult if there is another car parked art the adjacent property - you do NOT want to back-out of that driveway.

Great stay in Santa Fe!

The property was very much as advertised - very clean, nicely appointed 2 bed/2 bath unit. It was clean and well lit. There was ample closet space. The shower was great! My only minor issue was the 'amenities' were not great - very low budget shampoo/soap etc. It just so happened, I did not bring my own on this trip and I was disappointed. There was also no coffee which seemed a little odd. This is a very corporate run VRBO, definitely not by owner so I guess I should not have expected any warmth. I was also a bit surprised I did not receive a call or any communication after check in. I appreciated the pre arrival communication and the person I spoke with was very nice.
