Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the premier condo complexes in all of Panama City Beach! Complimentary Beach Chairs included.

This beautiful unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit comes stocked with newly updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a walk in shower, and a separate tub.

The second bedroom comes with a Queen size bed and a TV in it. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo in it.

An extra queen size bunk bed is in the hallway. Each bunk has a private TV! There is a bonus twin size trundle bed under the bunks.

Enjoy the beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets from the large balcony.

ABOUT Grand Panama:

Property features two pools, two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars, on-site dining and shopping, exercise room, kiddie pool, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.

From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center.

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15.

Could've been better
Upon arrival at check-in at 4 o'clock, they were still cleaning our room. The room was not cleaned as well as it should've been the property had a musty smell, and the dishwasher did not drain properly for a family of seven. There were a total of like four towels the living room furniture was dirty, and the outside furniture was not good at all one chair to the table and all of it needed to be replaced two rooms on each side of our unit both had flooded while we were there so not sure what kind of damage it has done to this unit

Location! It’s just above and overlooking the pool area and beach with palm trees placed to perfection. It was gorgeous and we were right in the middle of all the good vibes. This is a nice condo. I would stay here again!

They were constantly mopping, cleaning and taking care of maintenance. I have never experienced such a well maintained condo complex. The bbqs were cleaned daily and nearly spotless. The unit itself wasn’t very clean when we arrived, but we did our own deep cleaning and maintained it very tidy as we always do. We found receipts that were over 2 years old under one bed and a lot of dirt and construction trash behind the refrigerator. I also repaired one of the two sliding glass doors since it wouldn’t open and precious guests complained about that. We are somewhat eccentric about cleanliness. I actually washed the couch cushions and the chair cushions as well as the deck. I also bought new chairs for the Deck as the chairs that were there were in mismatched and in poor condition. I left the new chairs there for the next guests to enjoy. The main pool was heated but still a bit cold. The hot tub was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great unit to stay at
I love Grand Panama resort. All the units are great. I have stayed here 4 times and have loved it every time. This stay was great also. Love the unit on the second floor over looking the pool. The unit was perfect. A little wear and tear on the unit but that was over looked due to being in paradise. Definitely would stay in this unit again. 5 star rating.

Great complex-bad unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Grand Panama complex and it’s location. The unit, however was lacking. The master bath toilet was rocking, the master bed was hard as a rock. Even my grandkids said it was like laying on boards. It took us three days and four calls to get the bunk tv remotes replaced so the TVs would work. There was also no dust pan and even after we asked one was not provided.

It was a nice place other than a few spots of damage and the toilet running but we did report it and the host was very nice about it. The property itself was nice and the help was very friendly! The tiki bar was very good and convenient.

The condo was nice. A mixture of new and outdated. We had a couple of cleanliness issues. The comforters on two of the beds were dirty/stained and there was hair and plastic left in the bathtub. They sent someone to clean the bathtub and we ended up having to wash the bedding. Overall, it was a nice stay. Great location! I will definitely go back.

Filthy condo!!!!
There was mold in both bathroom showers. Sand all over the floor and when we got in the bed the first night there was sand IN THE BED so they clearly didn’t change the sheets. We had to wash the linens before we could go to bed. There was sand and food crumbs all over the sofa and fingerprints all over the sliding glass door. The patio had bottles, cans and sand all over it. We called about housekeeping and they sent a lady to clean the doors and sweep. She couldn’t believe had bad it was coming behind someone that should have cleaned it. The second day my husband opened the door without the code!!!! We stayed the entire first night with the door unsecured. Anyone could have walked in on us. My husband called the office and they had to walk him through how to set up the code. The tv’s over the bunk beds didn’t work. The master bathroom toilet wasn’t secured so every time you sat on it moved around like it was going to fall forward. The listing said the utensils were included but the only thing they had was knives so we had to make another trip to purchase plastic ones. The facility was great and convenient but I would never stay in this room again. I have pictures but there’s not a place to upload them.

The place was incredibly dirty upon arrival. Trash under beds, sand all over the floor, both showers were covered in mold. Coffee cup still in the coffee maker, along with mold inside the water holder, etc. Will not stay here again or recommend anyone to. Pool was also closed 2+ days of our stay because they couldnt keep up with it.

Good, not excellent.
Our door was left open by cleaners. The door wouldn't lock right at first. No one would come check it. I ask multiple times. My bed had sand, stains, what looked like mold on them. They did drop off new sheets. While unpacking a huge bug ran under the fridge. It wasn't horrible, but for the price I would expect a little more cleanliness. Contact was nice when explained it all.

Great time!
Condo was great. Toilet was running constantly. Called and reported, but never got fixed. The parking is atrocious. That was the only real bad thing. Everything else was great. Tiki Bar had great good. Beach was close.

Reviewer Comments: The pictures of the condo were as listed; the pictures were taken after a fresh update. What is left is no longer fresh. The top bunk had broken cracked supports. We called for maintenance and it was repaired but not to the level needed, just a patch. One of the patio chairs broke while sitting in it because it was rusted through underneath the chairs. The other chairs will be doing the same. One of the wicker chairs was in very bad shape. The couch was worn and stained. The side chairs were comfortable but stained. The cookware was really bad. The floors were dirty and sandy when we arrived. The complex does not have a good spot to really wash off beach chairs so sand is probably continually brought inside. There is one foot wash and shower outside but they need a hose for washing gear or at least two stations. You could still see sand against the baseboards when we arrived. The condo was pretty clean with the exception of the floors which were really bad. The bed linens were nice and kitchen table was in great shape along with the bedroom furniture. The condo complex is very well maintained and the front desk folks were friendly. If there was a rumble of thunder the pool was closed and closed for hours at a time even when the skies were clear. There were not enough towels in the condo, not even enough to fill the hand towel holders. The washer and dryer worked well. There were shops and restaurants in a short walking distance. The on-site tiki bar was nice! The Grand Panama facility was very clean, well maintained and attractively decorated including lush florals.

Family vacation
Overall the property was great! The condo does need a major cleaning from top to bottom. The front door needs fixed. The deadbolt does not work at all which was a huge safety concern for us. If you have children that like to test the boundaries and open doors, there’s no way to lock the door from the inside at all and it’s cracked. The sliding door in the living room doesn’t lock either. The pools were great the access to the beach was fantastic and a short walk. Parking was good. Elevators were a short wait. Just needs a good cleaning our major only complaint.
