Cottage was very quaint and clean! Perfect for 2 people! It had 3 stairs down to bedroom, 3 stairs up to kitchen and bathroom and then 3 stairs up to second bedroom! A little different but doable! Loved the hot tub very relaxing! The front desk was very helpful and very nice if you needed anything! Will stay there again!
Patsy was great. The cabin was awesome. The listing and the way VRBO advertises this place is absolutely misleading. It says 90 for the place by the time you check out it’s 191 that doesn’t sound like 90 to me at all. It also does not mention that this cabin, although it is very nice is part of and behind a National chain of hotels… Looking at the pictures, you would think it was a private property in the woods but no, it’s dead in the middle of town right behind a giant building… The price was completely misleading and I’m very disappointed in VRBO but very happy with my stay because Patsy is great
This is a great place to stay. All the convenience of being close to everything in town while having all the privacy of being in the woods. Clean and comfortable patsy is a great host. We have stayed here 2 times and have already book our next visit.
The location was perfect for the activities we had while in town for just one night. Tucked away behind a hotel amidst the trees makes it a private oasis. Setting was beautiful. Free breakfast was terrific and the beds super comfy. Would stay again!
This cottage is amazing! It’s clean, has a great location to everywhere in Eureka springs. It’s quiet, clean, and a class act place to stay at! We loved it.
We stayed at this beautiful cottage, had a wonderful time. The breakfast was all around great. We were very happy, with everything about this property.
Hubby and I loved this cottage. It was a great location tucked back on the main strip, hop, skip and a jump away from historic Main Street. Breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay again!
The landscaping is outstanding, the cottage is cute and comfortable, and the breakfast got me going in the morning. An excellent place to retreat to after a fun day in Eureka Springs.
We only stayed one night but it was perfect for what we needed.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Dated and dusty
Needed updating and an overall deep clean, hot tub smelled moldy, the Jets didn’t work properly and the temperature couldn’t be turned down. A decent rental, bathroom was updated and very nice and landscaping all around was beautiful. The beds were comfortable.
Very nice property and well maintained. The host was very helpful and very prompt with her responses to my questions. It was a perfect location for everywhere that we wanted to go. The check-in process was easy and the staff were very personable and helpful. The private hot tub and the the breakfast were nice additions.
We come to eureka springs every other year to visit family . We will only stay here, if it’s available . It’s everything the two of us need. It’s secluded. The beds are super comfy and we totally enjoy the hot tub. It is close to everything. Eureka springs is a beautiful , underrated part of the country. We will be back
