Comfortable bungalow with a Mediterranean flair / Free WiFi

The house for max. 4 people is in a very quiet cul de sac in Benissa-La Fustera.
La Fustera is located on the coastal road from Calpe (3 km) to Moraira (9 km) and has its own sandy beach (700 m) with a nice beach bar and a well-stocked supermarket (400 m).
The Mediterranean property was completely renovated in 2010 and brought to a comfortable stand inside and out.
Access to the property with parking for 1 car is via an electric sliding gate with radio remote control.
The entire area is designed so that the outdoor area forms your second living room.
The center of the garden is the salt water pool (not chlorinated) with 8 m by 4 m. The boarding depth is 1 m and drops continuously down to 1.60 m (ideal for children and non-swimmers).
The large pool terrace invites you to sunbathe and can be shaded with 2 large traffic light umbrellas.
Another terrace is the barbecue area with gas grill.
In front of the house entrance is the partially covered, large terrace, which can be shaded with 2 awnings.
From the roof terrace you have a breathtaking all-round view.

Wir hatten zwei sehr gute Wochen im Haus Casa La Selva verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, ist sauber und gemütlich. Den Salzpool haben wir zum ersten mal erlebt und waren sehr begeistert. Der Supermarkt und der Strand sind in ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Die Hausbesitzer sind nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr schöner Urlaub! Die

Ravi de notre séjour. Agréable villa idéale pour 2 , bien située et c est sans compter "son attendrissante hôte Lisa " qui nous manque déjà ! Un petit plus peut-être serait une clim surtout que les étés espagnols sont de plus en plus caliente !

Un petit coin de paradis
La propriété est bien située, au calme et proche de tous les commerces. Le petit plus est Lisa, le chat, qui est très sympathique, adorable et communicatif. La piscine, la maison, le jardin minéral, tout est parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Lovely stay with a fantastic pool
The house was great and matched the description perfectly. Our family of three, including a 14-year-old, had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well-equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the saltwater pool – just remember to rinse off before jumping in! Highly recommended.

Das Haus entspricht dem Beschreibung, viel platz ,tolles Pool und Grundstück.Alles gut gepflegt. Es ist fast alles da ,was man braucht. Das ganze liegt ca. 1km von kleinen Strand ,am Berg, ohne Auto, wird schwierig. Super blick auf Meer und Calpe. Wir wahren mitte Juni, und der Strand war ziemlich voll, der kleine Parkplatz auch. Also sind wir nur 10 min auto fahrt nach Calpe gefahren, großes Sandstrand .Der Schlüssel Übergabe, ging ohne Probleme, danke am Eddi. Wir sind sehr zufrieden , werden mal gerne wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank an dem Haus Besitzer .

Parfait séjour !!!
L'endroit très propre, pareil que sur les photos. Nous sommes juste a coté de la plage ainsi que des magasins et près des grandes villes comme Benidorm et Alicante que nous avons visité. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très clairs ! Je recommande a tous mes proches donc à vous également nous y retournerons si l'occasion se présente ! (aout 2022)

Maison dans une impasse au calme, la piscine au sel est une valeur ajoutée beaucoup plus douce que le chlore. Propriétaire très disponible quand nous avons demandé un ventilateur supplémentaire. La climatisation serait la bienvenue dans les chambres. Lisa, la vraie propriétaire (le chat) n'est en rien gênante, on s'y attache facilement. A refaire

Todo ha sido perfecto el lugar, la casa, el trato.... Absolutamente todo!! La piscina increíble y las zonas exteriores de la casa también. La casa por dentro muy limpia y cómoda. Sólo le pondría un pero y es que nos ha pillado ola de calor y el aire acondicionado hubiese sido ya el sumum. Por lo demás para repetir seguro!!

Tal como esperabamos
Del alojamiento solo dos comentarios, las camas un poco blandas y el propietario debería decir que hay un gato, al que alimentar( no pagar su comida), es tranquilo y amigable, pero si alguien tiene alergia...... Todo lo demás perfecto. La casa está bien equipada con electrodomésticos y wifi de muy buena calidad.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Haus ist wunderschön und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, ideal. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Salzwasserpool hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da gibt es keine roten Chlor Augen! Eddie hat uns wie besprochen empfangen und nach einer kurzen Einweisung konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Supermarkt und Strand, alles schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Wir haben zwei Wochen an der Costa Blanca verbracht. Die Beschreibung des Hauses "Casa La Selva" entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben ein sehr ordentliches und sauberes Haus vorgefunden. Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Bei unsere nächsten Reise an die Costa Blanca werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder Casa La Selva buchen. Auch der Kontakt vor unserer Anreise war super. Eine Reaktion bzw. Antwort auf Fragen ist immer sehr schnell erfolgt.

Nous avons passés 3 superbes semaines cet été à la casa la Selva. La maison est très bien équipée, très agréable à vivre avec son magnifique jardin et sa piscine. La situation géographique est idéale : proximité de Calpe, des plages et des commerces. Nombreux points de vues splendides et villages à visiter. Nous conseillons vivement cette maison.

Highly recommendable villa and location!
We stayed in this villa with 2 couples for 1 week and we enjoyed our stay massively! The terrace, garden en house are very well kept and very clean. Especially the outside area is very spacious and there was room enough for 2 small cars to park. We can highly recommend this villa!

Nous avons passé 3 merveilleuses semaines à la Casa La Selva : les vacances au calme avec boulangerie et épicerie à proximité et Calpe seulement à 4 Kms. La description de la maison correspond parfaitement à la réalité, pas de mauvaise surprise. La piscine est très appréciable, la petite plage non bondée et superbe pour toute la famille, baignades, châteaux de sable et découverte des poissons avec masque et tuba. Seul petit bémol, nous n'avons pas eu droit à l'accès au wifi mais sinon, rien à redire,

Entspannung pur in der Casa La Selva
Wir waren im letzten Sommer für 2 Wochen an der Costa Blanca und wohnten in der Casa La Selva. Wir waren begeistert. Alles was wir vorfanden entsprach exakt der Beschreibung im Inserat. Ein Haus zum Verlieben. Der Garten mit dem Pool wirkte auf uns wie ein Wohnzimmer im Freien. Wichtig für uns waren auch die perfekten Beschattungsmöglichkeiten bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen. Zum Supermarkt und zum kleinen Sandstrand von La Fustera sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Den pulsierenden Badeort Calpe erreicht man mit dem Auto oder per Linienbus nach knapp 4 km. Dort gibt es 2 grosse Sandstrände, viele Bars und Restaurants sowie eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nachts empfiehlt sich ein Bummel durch die Altstadt mit vielen Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal an der Costa Blanca und wir werden wieder in der Casa la Selva wohnen. Der ideale Ort, um beide Urlaubsziele zu erreichen…einerseits erholsame Ruhe und andererseits abwechslungsreiche Aktivitäten und Erlebnisse. Anja und Christian
