Located at Willow Brook in Parker Lakes - one of the premiere communities in Fort Myers with an abundance of amenities including but not limited to, community swimming pool, fitness center, parks, tennis, pickleball, basketball, beautiful landscaping, and much more. Centrally located for easy access to the Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches, dining, shopping, entertainment and more.

The condo boasts over 1200 square feet, the perfect winter home for a group of 4 to spend time in the sunshine. The newly remodeled kitchen is complete with granite counters, upgraded cabinets and appliances. The kitchen includes all the necessities you need to whip up your favorite meal or mix a batch of delicious cocktails.

The open living space has comfortable seating to watch the flat screen TV. Sliders open to the lanai with quaint seating where you can sip coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening as you overlook the peaceful pond and sprinkling fountain.

In the Master bedroom, there is a king-size bed with direct access to the lanai, a 42" flat screen TV with DVR, and an en-suite bath that offers granite countertops, a walk-in shower and dual sink vanity. The guest room is equipped with a queen-size bed, a flat screen TV and full bath.

This condo has cathedral ceilings that grants just that much space for you to spread out and relax. Convenient in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed internet and WiFi network TV. Linens and towels will be available for your stay.

There is a length of stay requirement for this community of no less than 1-month. Association application and background checks ($100) will be required. No pets and NO Smoking!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in thi lovely condo. it's spaciousness and high vaulted ceilings made it seem larger than most. Location in Parker Lakes was great! Close to stores and Sanibel Island. Kitchen was so well stocked, as well as linen closets. Parker Lakes was such a great environment to rent in, with friendly, welcoming neighbors. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Wonderful stay at Parker Lakes

A fabulous winter getaway. The accommodations were even better than described in the property description! The unit itself is very comfortable and easily felt like home a few days into our stay. Everything we needed was there. Location is perfect. Close to Lakes Park, FM Beach, Bonita/Naples Area, and the Airport. The owner was very helpful and contacted us during our stay to see if we had any questions or problems with the unit. A great experience all-around. Would definitely rent here again without hesitation!

Beautiful Parker Lakes condo

The condo had everything we needed, even pool noodles! It was in a location that was very convenient to the beaches and Sanibel. So many good restaurants nearby, but if you’d rather cook, the kitchen is very well appointed. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view from the lanai.
