Laketown Wharf Resort is the perfect place for your vacation. Everything is close by! Just a short walk to Wal-Mart, Pineapple Willie's, Waffle House and in the same complex as The Wharf Seafood Buffet, Juan Taco and Lorrie Morgan's Hot Chicken!

This resort offers guests amazing amenities! Huge lakefront boardwalk with nightly light show, a fully equipped fitness center, 5 pools (one heated), 2 hot tubs, putting green, covered parking, on-site security and so much more!

Our unit has a master with a king size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and private master bathroom. It is also equipped with twin size bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep up to 6!

There are 2 full baths, both with shower/ tub combos. Both baths also come equipped with blow dryers for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities to make you feel at home! Make your morning coffee with either a Keurig or a full sized coffee pot. New stainless-steel appliances make it easy to cook at home if you choose!

The kitchen opens right up to the dining and living room area. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and a chair that you will sink right in to! There is also a 55" Smart TV and DVD player if you decide to stay in for the night!

Spend your days on the beach and the evenings on the large balcony! Watch the musical light show over the lake right from the unit!

There is a resort fee of $75 plus taxes and fees that you will be responsible to pay outside of this reservation. This fee is per booking, not per person or per day, just a flat $75 fee plus taxes and processing. This is paid directly to the resort. You will be able to pay when registered or at the gate at check in.

The owners of the condo we stayed in was amazingng .
We arrived and the condo had not yet been cleaned from the previous stay. I contacted the owners and imidately received a phone call. They offered us dinner and even gave us a refund for our inconvenience. You could tell she felt awful for the mistake. She was so friendly and super sweet. The stay was amazing it came equipped with dishes and utensils for our convince. There was plenty of room for myself, my fiance, and our 3 kids. There was plenty of pools all of which were a bit cold. Even the heated pool but once you got I'm it was fine. The hot tubs amazing. And you walked across the street to pineapple Willys 🍍 which was delicious and then the beach and water was right there. I highly recommend. I also hope this same room is available next time we visit.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for a girls trip, i will say that the elevators are not the best but other than that it was fantastic. Overall the experience was wonderful and i will stay here again!

Loved it!
The condo was beautiful and location was definitely 5 star! The only negative thing I would have to say about the property is, the elevators. Goodness gracious we waited 45min to just get to our floor. But overall was a nice condo and property! Hated it rained and got cold most of our stay.
