On 82 sqm there is a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen and storage room above with a view of the roof terrace, a spacious hall that leads into the modern bathroom and the friendly bedroom at the end.
In the bedroom there are 4 sleeping possibilities (a double bed and a sofa bed). In the living room there is also a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment is suitable for individuals, couples and families. It has a TV with satellite connection, a music system and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, 2 coffee machines for filters or Nespresso capsules, washing machine). Other useful things such as drying racks, irons and vacuum cleaners can be found in the storage room.
A baby bed (up to 2 years) and a high chair for children can be provided free of charge on request.

The apartment is located 900 meters from the center in a quiet location. The nearest supermarket (Rewe) is 500 meters away. The bus stop of the Bürgerbuss is opposite.
The heart center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
