The Space:
Magnificent studio located in one of Paris' most exclusive districts: you'll sleep on the Champs Elysees; known as the most iconic avenue of the world. You'll feel safe and secure in the heart of this exceptional district.

The accommodation features a convertible sofa bed for 2 with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a sitting area with a convertible armchair for 1 person, TV and WIFI access.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find:

- a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with television,
- 1 single sofa bed,
- 1 convertible sofa bed for 2 people (140 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...),
- a washing machine, clothes line, iron and ironing board,
- a balcony with a breathtaking view on the Arc de Triomphe

Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

NB: Facade renovation work is currently underway on the exterior of the building until 17th of May. These works, beyond our control, may cause some disturbances. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate any requests for financial compensation related to this situation.
