great location, pretty good property!
Location was great easy to walk to lifts and main street even with young child. The company text us that early check in was available and property was clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and living area was comfortable to watch tv. Fireplace still not working, but overall this place was a good spot to relax a bit and sleep while being busy all day in town and on slopes.

Great location.
Great location and walking distance to town and Breck skiing. 6 of us fit great. Only issues where toaster was not working so had to use stovetop/oven. Also fireplace was not working. Laundry room located in basement and is quarters only and $2 per wash/dry. Could use some more cooking supplies like measuring cups and spoons.

House is need of major updating
Old furniture. Old and uncomfortable mattress. Old pillows. Dated kitchen. Difficult to open kitchen cabinets. Fireplace doesn’t work. There’s vibration from the electrical baseboard heaters which is annoying for those who are sensitive to vibration. The place has a lot of potential once the place has been renovated and updated.

Overpriced and run down
Stayed here for a Friday to Friday to enjoy some spring riding on the nearby mountains. The listing on VRBO is inaccurate on multiple lines. I received a phone call from VACASA, who is the actual listing group: stating that the condo only allows for 1 car and not 2 like listed. The outside light for 104 is broken so if you're coming back in the dark or checking in late take a light with you. The one chair in the living is broken and feels like you could fall if you use it. The fireplace in the living room is broken and does not work. The toaster is broken it is sparking when you push down the handle so please be careful. The whole unit has a musty smell, not like ski and snowboard drying off but like old musty not clean. The rugs throughout are stained and feel dirty. The bed in the “master bedroom” is an old spring mattress that is caved in in the middle. There’s almost no space to drop luggage and be able to have room to walk just around the bed if you come with more than a weekend bag. The “master bathroom” not that clean, there is a broken porcelain soap tray in the shower that’s full of hair and the shower is fine for a quick shower but is extremely hot so be careful and you have to pull the nozzle on the faucet down to trigger the shower to work and the second slider on the handle for water the (smaller one) is for the temperature. The kitchen setup is fine for a few days. If you plan on baking for whatever reason there are no measuring cups. There’s a red binder in the unit that gives you some very bleak ideas of how to use things. The hot baths are fine kinda crowded and runs 10am - 8pm local time. One hot bath died of the 4 while there. They are more a small hot pool that a hot tub just a heads up. For laundry it’s 2 dollars in quarters or you can use the QR code and use a credit card which then costs you 2.25 per load per washer and dryer. I made multiple outreaches to VACASA both through email and phone and received no response. VACASA has excessively long hold times and I didn’t overpay on a place to stay to also sit on the phone. Also, instead of paying VRBOs insane extra fees go book directly if you can because if there is an issue you’ll have to go right to VACASA as well. I will add pictures if I can so you can see what your booking but will not stay with another VACASA property again and may be done with VRBO as well seeing it’s not a deal like it used to be.

Great location for skiing, subpar communication w/ Vacasa
This location was a great place for our party of 6 adults to stay while skiing Breckenridge. The Quicksilver lift is a 7-8 minute walk from the front door, and the Brown line bus drops off within a 30 second walk to the condo. A few disappointing things occurred, though. When we arrived, the apartment was 57*F and essentially took 12 hours to arrive at a comfortable temperature. We tried to contact Vacasa on Thursday night via the email address listed on the app, and I have still not received a return email (it is now Sunday and our stay is over). There was little information listed about the details of the rental on the app (how to control the heat/air; how to work the TV/remotes; etc). Eventually we found a red folder, hidden in a corner, that had more details about the condo and also a phone number to call. At that point, it was the last day of our stay and we had already found work-arounds to our issues. We ended up running the fireplace for a majority of our stay, since the base-board heating never caught up, just to keep the condo a comfortable temp. Overall - great location for skiing but wished 1) the red folder with rental information was left in a visible location and 2) the condo had been heated prior to our arrival.

Mediocre service
Kitchen and dining room has very confined space with 1 person occupancy. There was no AC , had to remind 3 times to get fan , no extra towels , dishwasher pods and paper towels .. if you’re travelling more than 3 days , you gotta buy all these ..

Nice stay! Great for big groups
Our stay was very nice. Only problem was that the fireplace did not work which was really unfortunate, and I reached out to the owner and they told me to contact guest services. Other than that, the check in was very easy. The condo was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully supplied. It was a short, 5 minute walk to the lift and very close to town with cut throughs. It was slightly difficult finding the condo itself because it's a bit hidden, but just takes some focus! I had a great stay so thank you.
