Excellent Property walking distance from the private beach

We spent our last week of Dec in this property and everyone enjoyed the stay. Vlad and Megan were excellent host. The property was neat and well maintained and 13-15 people can comfortably stay.Destin has lot to offer.. beautiful beaches , dolphin cruises and lot of restaurants.

Great stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Had a small hiccup with check in, but owners were very sympathetic and made accommodations for the inconvenience. Big place. Everything you need for a beach trip is available in the house or just down the street. Walked to the best several times. Would book again!

Large beautiful property

My family, parents, sisters, brother-in-laws, and niece and nephews take a beach trip every other year. It is hard to find a property that will hold all 14 of us. This house was beautiful and held us all with plenty of room. The use of the complimentary shuttle makes it easy to tote children to and from the beach. The pool is very large so there is plenty of room without feeling crowded. We reached out to the owners a couple of times with questions and they responded very quickly and were so happy to help! My family would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful beach house!

My recent stay at this beach house with my young kids was nothing short of fantastic. The house's family-friendly environment made it a hit with my children. They had ample space to play, both inside and in the beautiful backyard. The beach, just a short walk away, provided endless opportunities for family fun, from building sandcastles to swimming in the crystal-clear waters. And when we weren't at the beach, the resort's well-maintained pool kept everyone entertained, offering relaxation for the adults and a great time for the kids. The beach house itself was a true gem. It was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with a coastal theme that perfectly complemented the surroundings. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals when we wanted, and the comfortable bedrooms ensured a good night's sleep. The outdoor patio, with its stunning ocean view, was a favorite spot for meals and evening sunsets. Overall, Megan’s property provided a memorable family vacation, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing Destin vacation!

Crystal beach

Property was clean and spacious. There were many extra pillows and blankets available. Pool area was clean as well as heated. The walk to the beach was very manageable. We took advantage of the beach chairs and there were many sand toys for the children to play with. It was a wonderful property for a family. The ages of those who stayed was age4 to age 81.

Walk to the beach!

We had a fabulous family beach vacation at this lovely property. With 13 of us from toddler to grandparents the six bedrooms and four bathrooms over three floors worked! Being close enough to walk to the white sand beach was great and we appreciated the beach chairs! Easy communication too. Thanks for everything!

We had a great time in Destin. The house is exactly as pictured, clean and plenty of linens and a well supplied beach closet. Trolley to the beach is great but the walk isn’t bad at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway

We had an awesome stay at this Villages of Crystal Beach property. The house was perfect for our group that included seven children 10 and under. Everyone was able to play together while also having their own space and sleeping arrangement. The house was clean and included everything we needed, even some beach toys for the kids. We had an easy walk to the beach, which was possibly the nicest beach I've ever been to. The community pool was huge with plenty of chairs and room for our crew. I'm looking forward to another vacation here in the future !

Large beautiful house a short walk from the beach and shopping

We enjoyed our stay at this large, clean, well appointed house. It's located in a beautiful private community that's only a 7-8 minute walk to the beach to the south, and a 10-11 minute walk to the Destin Commons mall to the north, with several restaurants to choose from along the way. The community features a large central pool and deck area that our children used often. This house is a great choice for families looking for a base of operations from which to enjoy Destin.

Favorite stay yet! - perfect!

The home was pristine, clean, and just like it looks in the pictures! My wife and kids loved staying here. Tons of space to spread out with six bedrooms. The pool was beautiful, the beach was about 5 minutes walking, and there were a bunch of restaurants nearby. I’ve stayed in multiple vacation rentals and you can tell they treat their home with a ton of care. The hosts were incredibly responsive as well. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re visiting family. Thank you!

Destin 2020

The house had plenty of room for our family, we had ten people and everyone had a bed. Two kings bedrooms and I wish it had three but the queen was comfortable, everyone said they slept well. Lots of stairs and trips up and down but kids did not care. ( more step for my Fitbit) The walk to the beach is a nice walk and a gulf cart would be great but not allowed, with ten we had a lot to take. Great pool We had an issue with the washer and the owners were so quick to resolve it and was so responsive. My only negative is no view of the Ocean but also not the price of one with a view. Great place
