- A living room with a 2-person wall-mounted bed (140 x 190) to maximize your living space.
- A fitted/equipped kitchen: it has all the appliances you need for your stay! (Microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, etc.)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

In addition, this accommodation has a balcony and a private parking space is at your disposal.

Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 per set depending on the size of the bedding.
Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation rate.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be requested. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.
