ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to “Well Adjusted” located in the Seacrest Beach Community. With three master suites and two guest bedrooms (including a bunk room), this Southern charmer has room to stretch out and relax. This home will stun you with its grace, beauty and warm inviting hues; no detail left undone. The high-end finishes of stone counters thru-out, wood floors, and stainless appliances are just a few of the luxury finishes you'll find on the inside but, the back porch swing will draw you out too. With four covered porches, you will love the relaxing feel, and it will not take long for you to become “Well Adjusted.”
ABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. There are many restaurants and retail shops within walking distance at the Villages of South Walton, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. The communities of Seaside, Watercolor, and Seagrove are a short drive or bike ride down the scenic Hwy. 30-A and are fun to explore. There is a bike/walking path that extends for 18 miles from Rosemary Beach to Grayton Beach.
AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
*** Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival.
BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.

PARKING: This home includes 3 parking spaces. Overflow available throughout the community first come first serve. Passes are required which will be provided by Seacrest security
HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
