Free golf cart !! **Important** in the winter we only book either January and February or March and April or January 1st to April 30th. we do not allow bookings for just February and March.We have several properties in sun lakes country club and have been taking care of people's vacations for over 10 years. All our houses come with an electric golf cart in the winter. Beautiful home in 45 years and over age restricted sun lakes. Check out the pics. Sun lakes is an award winning community with several pools golf courses and much much more. Your home comes fully furnished. Just bring your toothbrush. All houses are 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and around 1500 square feet. You can get a visitors card that gets you into everything that this fantastic community has to offer.

Desert paradise 🏜
My husband and I were very happy with our 2 week stay at Troy's place in Sun Lakes! The location was perfect for traveling around the area to visit friends and relatives. Only 25 minutes from Sky Harbor airport and out of the congested city area, yet still close to Chandler conveniences. The full kitchen, coffee pot, dishwasher, dishes, pots/pans, included with the rental helped save on the extra cost of eating out so much. We highly recommend this gem for the price and location!

Comfortable home, great host
The home was recently purchased by the host and renovated. The furnishing were all new or like new and very comfortable. The layout of the house is nice and the rooms are spacious. The home is in a nice, friendly neighborhood - the next door neighbor came over to say hello. We were the first guests so there were a few minor glitches but the host was extremly responsive. He also made check in and check out very easy. We would definitely stay again.

Recently remodeled unit. Clean and very comfortable. Not fancy but very nice. Host Troy is a pro and very personable.
