Entire Beach House w/Pool, Hot Tub and Ocean View

Newly remodeled!! I purchased Mercy Me in '03. We have enjoyed our time here each year. It has 3 bedrooms/baths upstairs and 1 bedroom/bath downstairs accessible from the covered carport. You will be walking distance to the beach, a boat landing and marsh. New appliances, wet bar w/ice maker, wine cooler, fireplace, 5G internet, and Roku TVs. Enjoy the sunset as you relax on the crows nest and make wonderful memories.

Cozy comfort meets coastal charm
Beautiful beach rental house in Pawley’s Island! It is three rows from the ocean, which you can see from the widow's walk. The location was great - quiet enough for relaxation but close to all the local attractions. The house itself was spacious, comfortably accommodating three couples, with each bedroom having its own en suite bathroom. The house was clean and nicely decorated, combining a beachy vibe with modern comforts. We spent a lot of time on the furnished screened-in back deck, though the sun hits it pretty hard in the morning. Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances made it easy to cook meals and store all our food. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and we had full instructions in advance of arriving. I recommend this beach rental for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The house had so many beds and TVs and a pool with a hot tub that our kids enjoyed daily. Even though the weather was cooler than expected, the pool was heated. It was such a comfortable house. We did not want to leave!

Love Mercy Me!
Comfortable, convenient…and so much more. Big enough to host family and friends and yet plenty of places to relax and enjoy the sun and beauty of Litchfield. Tropical storm Idalia visited while we were there; the owner was proactive to ensure the house was protected and that we were not inconvenienced by some of the protection measures. Thanks for another wonderful vacation!

Fun week at Litchfield
My grandkids (10,8,6 and 4 months) loved the pool. The house had plenty of room for all of us to sit and watch The Little League World Series on TV. My son had to work two of the days, so he was able to go out in the porch for some quiet. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. They even had a Mr. Coffee and Keurig. Also easy walking to the beach!

Family Beach Trip
We had family old and young so the house was perfect. Loved the front porch and back screened in porch for visiting (the 80 something’s spent a lot of time out there). Pool was great although didn’t use enough. Nice neighborhood and close to beach. Nice Family beach! We like to ride bikes and run and wish gated communities would have let us in to go there. Made for a short repetitive ride. Gorgeous furniture and well stocked kitchen. Nice washer and dryer. Nice grill. Great location for restaurants. We paid a bit but were happy that it was a lovely updated gorgeous home! I recommend it! Pawleys Kayaks- awesome family owned business- rent bikes and kayaks. Great prices. Very responsive.

Another Lovely Stay
Mercy Me is the perfect beach cottage to really relax and enjoy Litchfield. It's designed for those who love the beach, the pool, and having your pup with you all the while. The crow's nest on the roof is the perfect spot to end a day of sun with a cocktail!

Sibling Reunion
Mercy Me was the perfect home for our vacation! We came from Ohio, Texas & NC for a very special sibling & spouse get together. With lots of different spaces to gather…..porch, patio, living, dining & outside area.. it was very comfortable & relaxing. We were all able to have our own bedrooms with comfortable beds & separate bathrooms. The neighborhood was very nice! A short walk to the beach & a short drive to shops, restaurants & golfing! Raving Fans!
I can’t say enough about this incredible home and responsive host! We have stayed at multiple vrbo properties over the years and it doesn’t get any better than Mercy Me. The home was clean, well stocked, ideally located and offered numerous outdoor spaces for reading, sipping morning coffee or evening wine. It was an easy 2 minute walk to the beach with a child and dogs. Did I mention the fenced in backyard was crucial for family fun?! And what an outstanding beach! Walking to the point at low tide is a must. After decades of visiting coastal Carolina, we found the most amazing shells ever! I was on a mission to rescue every starfish I found. Oh, and there are so many fantastic restaurants and shopping opportunities close by as well as putt-putt, arcades and a fishing pier in neighboring Garden City. Fun for all! We had an amazing family vacation despite Hurricane Ian blowing through! Don’t hesitate, book it now.

Great beach getaway
Spent a week enjoying the property with family. Very comfortable home with easy beach access and of course the pool! Kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear and dishes, even condiments and some food in the cabinets. Ice maker and wine fridge were a plus. Lots of compliments from our adult kids, our 2.5 y.o. granddaughter had a wonderful time too.
