Frejus and Saint Raphael are u between Nice. Cannes in the east and St. Maxime, Grimaud u. St. Tropez to the west.
It benefits from a unique micro climate. Less wind than further west (Mistral) but not as humid and oppressively as further east. Also the rainfall is not as high as in Cannes and Nice. Frejus and St. Raphael, with their communities the largest and most beautiful beaches on the Cote d'Azur. In addition to the long sandy beaches and beautiful coves, whose beaches are framed by picturesque cliffs.
With almost 47,000 inhabitants Fréjus, although long a city, but in many places does not lose the character of the village. Especially out of season is the French maritime charm noticeable.
