Pleasant and spacious duplex of 50 m² in the Val Blanc I residence, with SWIMMING POOL in summer*. The apartment is close to all amenities in the heart of the village, 50 meters from the ski slopes.
It includes on the ground floor, a dining room with kitchen area (Microwave, refrigerator), a bedroom for a couple with 140 bed. On the mezzanine, it opens onto a large living room equipped with two sofa beds (140 and 160), which opens onto a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90.
The terrace offers a magnificent view of the heart of the village towards the red ravines and will allow you to sit there for a sunbath.
The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo. Many games and books are available.
In winter for skiing, the apartment has a ski locker with 6 functional places on the 2nd floor. Clothes can dry in the equipped bathroom.
The owners are happy to be able to share their vacation spot with you. Due to their allergies and to keep the place intact, animals are not welcome.
Please note: We warn our customers that staining work is in progress on the Val Blanc 1 and 2 residence and that consequently scaffolding is being installed on the South and East facades from April 20 to May 15, 2024 and the North and West facade of the May 15, 2024 to June 31, 2024.
From the entrance on the city center side, the apartment is located on the 1st floor, it is located on level 4 when accessing from the parking lots at the bottom of the building. Elevator is available.
The tourist tax according to the current scale is to be expected in addition to the displayed rate. It is possible to rent sheets and household linen. In summer (from July 1 to August 30), you have access to the building's unsupervised collective swimming pool. From the apartment you have a view of the swimming pool. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
