Beautiful Duplex apartment for 6 people of 46 m² in the heart of Arêches, in Val Blanc I, residence of 66 apartments with swimming pool* in summer, 50 m from the slopes. Living room - kitchen area - Washing machine - bathroom - separate toilet - bedroom 1 with 2 x 90 bunk beds - mezzanine with 1 140 bed - Second mezzanine (fairly low): 1 140 bed. Fireside chair. Elevator level 5. Parking in the residence.
Please note: We warn our customers that staining work is in progress on the Val Blanc 1 and 2 residence and that consequently scaffolding is being installed on the South and East facades from April 20 to May 15, 2024 and the North and West facade of the May 15, 2024 to June 31, 2024.
Notes: Tourist tax extra according to current scale. Possibility of renting sheets and household linen;
