The clearing entrance provides access to a living room with a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine - electric oven and microwave - raclette and fondue sets). The very well demarcated space leaves plenty of room for the living room (clic clac allowing sleeping for 2 people). This room opens onto an east balcony allowing you to benefit from a lovely view of the village, the mountain and the summer, and to keep an eye on the swimming pool*.
Upstairs, a landing leads to 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with a 120 cm bed. The 2 bedrooms and the landing are under the roof with skylights. A raised 90cm bed allows individual sleeping on the landing. The bathroom is also upstairs. Separate WC in the entrance - Plenty of storage space. On the 3rd floor with elevator. Very beautiful volumes. Ski lockers.
Please note: We warn our customers that staining work is in progress on the Val Blanc 1 and 2 residence and that consequently scaffolding is being installed on the South and East facades from April 20 to May 15, 2024 and the North and West facade of the May 15, 2024 to June 31, 2024.
