The Hudson - Palm Springs: Private Mid Mod Oasis!
Welcome to The Hudson, a fabulous Palm Springs pool home w/ gated resort-style yard and spectacular mountain views. Soak up the sunshine in the pool and spa. Enjoy the fire pit lounge, hammock, covered outdoor living and dining areas and gas grill. The fun continues inside with the game room w/ Wii and classic Nintendo titles + ping pong in the garage!
Please note the following before you book:
1. The City of Palm Springs requires that guests sign a Contract, all guests names must be on contract.
2. This is not a party house. Before you request a reservation, please consider the Palm Springs Noise Ordinance: NO outdoor music or any amplified noise of any kind is permitted outdoors and outdoor quiet time begins at 10 p.m. The City issues fines for excessive noise violations and will also result in eviction. Guests are required to sign a Contract agreeing to abide by the City Ordinance.
3. The city tax rate in Palm Springs is 12.5%. Taxes are to be paid by guests prior to check in.
4. The city requires the guest booking the property is 25 years or older.
5. Pool heat (October to May) is $85 per day.
6. Dog friendly with $75 per dog per stay fee (maximum 2 dogs allowed)
Please pick up after your pet, guests who leave pet droppings will be subject to an additional $100 fee. Pet odor inside the house is subject to additional fees depending on the extent of additional cleaning required.
