This property is in a gated community with tons of amenities. Water park, putt putt, snack bars, laundromat and general store. Must be 25 to rent and no pets unless prior approval. No smoking/vaping in the house. No house parties. Can sleep 6 people. Must be 16 with license to drive golf cart per rules of Ocean Lakes. Not responsible for providing another golf cart if anything happens to the one provided. It is a complimentary add on. There is a 7 night minimum for May-August. Ocean Lakes does charge a daily parking fee of 12 per day for preregistration or 15 day of arrival.
