On holiday feel at home. We wish our guests.
Generosity in space and equipment has been our ambition.
Ideal is the occupancy of four people. 6 people possible for additional fees.
The S-Bahn train tram in 7 minutes on foot in 3 minutes walk.
Relaxed ride to the sights and the Cologne Fair.
The S-Bahn takes you in 10 minutes to the city (Cologne Cathedral)
In 20 minutes you can reach the Koelnmesse. The fair ticket includes the costs for public transport. Shops, bakers and a large shopping center just around the corner.
The Cologne City leaves no wish unfulfilled.

Stylish and large accomodation in Cologne
We enjoyed a week in the apartment with our 4-year old son. The apartment is large, newly and very stylishly furnished, and very conveniently located in the western parts of Cologne. The nearby train station can be reached on foot in 2-3 minutes (and passing trains were hardly audible in the apartment). Overall a very enjoyable experience and recommendable for families or groups of up to 6 persons.

Great weekend!
weekend with friends on the occasion of the Final 4 in Cologne, we did not need to take the car, everything is nearby Impeccable house, discreet owner and available for any questions. We will gladly come back.

Lovely stay in Lövenich
The home looks just as great it person, if not even prettier. The neighborhood is quiet, close to public transit, and has many great restaurants within walking distance. Klaus and Lukas communicated very well prior to and during our stay and were very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return one day on the future.

Great place to stay - Would recommend
Very comfortable and spacious place to stay, with all essential items there. Really well located next to station for easy of travel into Central Cologne and close to local restaurants, shops and great bakery. If driving to Property beware that it is in a low emissions zone - so you need to purchase a sticker for your car. Hosts very welcoming and great comms. Thanks for a great stay!

Pre Christmas get away
The flat was exactly as detailed. The owner was really helpful and even had a little welcome pack for us ! The flat was ideally situated 2 mins from the train station with a direct service approx. every 15 mins into Cologne central station. Even though we were so close to the station we didn’t hear the trains- perfect set up The 2 bakeries within 4 min walk were excellent and 5 min drive away was REWE a very well stocked supermarket. The flat had everything we required and more. The log burner was gorgeous especially in the morning when eating breakfast in the open planned room looking over the garden watching the red squirrels. The beds were comfy and the flat was warm. The huge walk-in shower was amazing and all the hot water we needed. We had a really great stay and would come back again- thank you

Nah bei Köln und doch ruhig gelegen. 3 Minuten zur S-Bahn, 4 Minuten zum Bäcker, 10 Minuten zum guten Restaurant. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Schoon en ruim
Mooi, ruim huis. Compleet ingerichte keuken met veel eerste levensbehoeften. Goed te verwarmen met kachel in woonkamer en paneelradiatoren en haard in de keuken. Aan de spoorlijn. Voordeel binnen 12 minuten in het centrum van Köln, nadeel je hoort af en toe de trein. Hebben daar echter weinig last van gehad. Zeer aanbevelenswaardig voor 4 personen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Tolle Wohnung mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und ein Supermarkt war auch in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Check-in und out lief reibungslos und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Er hat uns auch noch ein paar Kölsch geschenkt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
