Professionally designed and appointed the Farmhouse was fully renovated to include air conditioning, radiant heat floor, ERV for fresh air, internet, wi-fi and in-wall sound system, gourmet kitchen and antique pumpkin pine floors that all make for a wonderful, cozy home.
Located ten minutes from downtown Wolfeboro, "The Oldest Summer Resort in America," the Farmhouse is 1 minute from the public beach. Situated on a beautiful five acre property that includes large pine trees, historic lilac bushes and a formal raised bed herb garden. Sit and relax on the gravel patio that includes a Green Egg Grill and fire pit.
The spacious home has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A six burner gas stove, armoire style refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and commercial coffee maker make for an inviting place to host dinners for the crowd.
This three bedroom home can comfortably sleep six plus a sleeping loft with four twin beds. Two large gathering rooms are appointed for relaxation, watching tv or reading your favorite book.
The area is a favorite destination that is wonderful year round. Summers are inviting and fun, Fall is spectacular with foliage and day trips to the White Mountains, Winter is known for its snowmobile trails and ice fishing and Spring for its lovely scenery and fresh air!

Great weekend stay

We were up for a family reunion taking place locally. The house was everything that we needed. Large kitchen, comfy beds,and plenty of room to spread out. The house has a lot of character and charm. Would definitely recommend

Great summer getaway

This house is beautiful! It’s an amazing renovated farmhouse and mixes today with yesterday. The location is fantastic! It’s a 2 minute drive to the public beach that was perfect! The lake is crystal clear and up to about 5 ft deep, perfect for young children. It’s about 12 minutes to downtown Wolfboro where there was great restaurants and shops.

Farmhouse Bliss

This was a wonderful home in NH lakes region. It was the perfect blend of rustic old world charm blended with modern bathrooms and kitchen. It was well stocked and very clean. The beds were quite comfortable too. We enjoyed the evenings outside by the fire pit listening to the loons on the nearby lake and the night sky was spectacular! Owners were very responsive to any questions I had as well. I highly recommend this property and would stay again!

Laconia Bike Week

Rented this awesome farm house for bike week with 8 of my friends and the location was great . House has plenty of room and was very clean on our check in day. The house has everything you need for a great time !!! It was better than advertised !!

Beautiful Farmhouse with everything you need included

Stayed 3 nights in this farmhouse with 6 guests, had a wonderful time,shopping for grocerys is only few miles away and we cooked in the kitchen every night. Has every utensil you will need. Very quiet home ,hardly no traffic. We had our motorcycles there ,just be careful driving in on driveway can be slippery on a bike. We enjoyed cooking on the green egg grill and sitting by the firepit. Inside of home was very big and very clean. We will be booking this again,Property manager was very nice to deal with,quick to respond any questions i had. All our guests including me were more then satisfied with this farmhouse, Thank You
