The Ranch House is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom airy, modern ranch home, with an open floor plan, AC/Heat, floor-to-ceiling windows, skylights, and oak floorboards. The covered porch offers a swing with vineyard views.
An original wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room while you watch TV and movies on a 65-inch Samsung QLED Smart TV with Streaming and Live TV stations and a state-of-the-art home theater system. Sonos in surround sound (indoor and outdoor), our larger-than-life strobe, disco lights, and mirrored wall create an instant dance party for all ages.
Starlink Wi-Fi at 300Mbps and an HP Laser Jet Printer is also available for your office needs. An indoor washer/dryer is also conveniently located in our fully equipped laundry room.
The large Chef's kitchen is perfect for entertaining. You and your guests will love creating spectacular feasts, using high-end appliances and cookware. Added touches like a SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker paired with Bubly flavorings, Philips 3200 Espresso Machine LatteGo for Easy Lattes & Coffee, and an Aeroccino Milk Frother add to the overall touches that make your stay at Zegarra Estate special.

I fell in love with the property as soon as the gate opened. It's so picturesque, but also light, airy and sunny with many of natures wonderments co-existing with the beauty of the two homes on the property. There is absolute magic in the air, and I hope to share it with you for your next getaway.
