About this property

The apartment is on the second floor of the house 'La Molina', which looks like the prow of a ship into the valley. The rooms are friendly and bright, there is a spacious kitchen and living area with a couch, two bedrooms, a larger one with a double bed and a very small one, also with a double bed, a bathroom and a small balcony. Our guests are able to share about it, the large, tiled roof terrace above. In the studio and in the apartment below live two quiet people. Since May 2016 there is Wi-Fi (WiFi).

Children under 5 years are free of charge. When booking, please only enter the number of guests over 5 and let us know the number of children under 5 in the letter.

traumhafte Aussichtslage abseits vom Trubel

Lucia hat uns freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen obwohl wir spät ankamen.Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen, wir waren aber auch schon zu viert dort. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Die Fewo ist sehr gut gelegen, kleiner Supermarkt direkt an der Straße, ebenso die Bushaltestelle. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht vorhanden, Das Bett im größeren Zimmer ist kein Doppelbett, sondern kleiner, für zwei Erwachsene zu klein. Im kleineren Zimmer steht ein Einzelbett. Bequeme Betten. Das Beste ist die tolle Aussicht auf das Valle, fast eibe Rundunsicht.

wie immer zufreiden

Uns hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer lässt dich gut verdunkeln, die Betten sind bequem, ruhige Lage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Essen in der Nähe. Parkplatz ist meist kein Problem. Ein bischen laufen muss man wie überall im Tal. Checkin/Out ohne Probleme, vielen Dank !

Zwischen Wandern und Baden

Wir waren drei Wochen in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Besonders gut war die Lage einerseits als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen direkt vor Ort oder mit dem Auto (Bus auch in direkter Nähe) und dem Weg zum Strand/Baden andererseits. So sind wir meist erst gewandert und im Anschluss zum Baden an den Strand. Super ist auch die Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon, wenn auch meist ziemlich windig. Und direkt an der Straße ist eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, wo wir alles Nötige bekommen haben.

Vyer och ljus

Perfekt för tre personer. Snabb och vänlig kommunikation med värden. Toppenbra liten supermarket tvärs över gatan. Mycket trivsam lägenhet med många fönster och fantastiska vyer. Kommer gärna tillbaka till denna perla.

Tres bel emplacement à Valle Gran Rey

Bel emplacement au calme pour ce joli logement avec une vue remarquable (tout de même un peu entachées par les fils électriques qui passe devant la terrasse) Décoration un peu vieillotte , mais tout est tres propre. Manque un four micro onde et une bouilloire. L'acces est tres raide, comme un peu partout à Valle Gran Rey. Il faur d'abord descendre 50 marches, puis en remonter 16....Il faut être fort pour porter vos lourdes valises si vous en avez. L'immeuble est très mal insonorisé, on entends chaque bruit de pas ou conversation, ou encore porte qui claque des 2 autres locataires permanents de l'immeuble. Lucia pourrait peut être leur en toucher un mot.... Cependant le charme de l'emplacement du logement fait quelque peu oublier ce désagrément.

Bonnes et mauvaises surprises

Si un certains nombre de points positifs sont à mettre en avant tel que propreté des lieux, très calme, bel environnement, petite épicerie bien fournie situé de l'autre côté de la rue, très bon accueil et service de la personne de contact (qui ne parle que l'espagnol); de nombreux points sont à corriger dans l'annonce. - Une grande chambre et une très petite: la petite chambre est tellement petite que l'on ne peut y tenir à 2 pour faire du rangement ouchanger de vêtements. - Lits de 200 x 200 dans chaque chambre : en réalité 1 lit de 140 x 200 dans la grande et 1 lit de 90 x 200 + 1 lit de 70 X 170 dans la petite. - Buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge : en réalité un lave linge d'aspect peu encourageant + des fils pour tendre le linge, le tout situé sur la terrasse du toit commune aux 3 appartements. - Four inutilisable car il n'y a plus de bouton de réglage de la température. - Vaisselle en quantité insuffisante : 5 verres dépareillés et 5 assiettes dépareillées de chaque sorte, 5 tasses dépareillées, idem pour les couverts (pour un appartement pour 4 personnes).

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Sie wohnt nebenan und war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage mit schöner Sicht ins Valle. Die Wohnung liegt auf der Sonnenseite des Tals. Gerne wieder

wiedermal sehr zufrieden

wir waren wieder zufrieden, guter Ausblick, gute Betten (zuletzt bemängelte Matratze war ausgetauscht), ruhige Lage, Kommunikation, Checkin/Out ohne Probleme. Wlan war gut. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich. Super wäre wenn das 2. Schlafzimmer einen besser abdunkelnden Vorhang hätte. Ein scharfes Messer wäre auch gut. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Mooi, zonnig appartement.

Mooi appartement met geweldig uitzicht. Supermarkt vlakbij. Prachtige wandelingen vanuit huis. Op korte afstand van leuke strandjes en lekkere eetgelegenheden. Balkon op de zon!

Herzliche Dank!

Wir, das sind 4 Freunde, waren rundum zufrieden. Sämtliche Fragen, die sich vorab und nach der Buchung ergaben, wurden postwendend beantwortet. Sowohl die Verwalterin als auch die Vermieterin sind uns in jeglicher Hinsicht positiv begegnet. Die Wohnung war, wie angeboten, rundum schön.

wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, einfache unkomplizierte Abwicklung, auch gute Beratung im Vorfeld, in der Wohnung alles da was man braucht. Wir würden gen wiederkommen ! Eine Woche war zu kurz für Gomera. Es wäre gut wenn sich das 2. Schlafzimmer so gut wie das Erste abdunkel liesse. Herzliche Grüße! Jenny & Micha

Eine schöne saubere Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick ins Valle Gran Rey

Sehrschön gelegen ca. 50-100 m von der tagsüber recht belebten Hauptstraße entfernt, die man am Haus aber nur noch etwas hört. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Tranquillo con una splendida veduta

Un appartamento pulitissimo, ampio, luminoso, e funzionale. Dal balcone una veduta stupenda della valle fino al mare. La signora Lucia e suo marito Lucas sono due persone straordinarie, affabili e generosi. Dal mare l'appartamento dista circa 6 minuti in auto. Il nostro soggiorno e' stato piacevole e rilassante. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti sentieri con vedute delle altre isole. Raccomandiamo questo posto senza alcuna riserva.
