This unit is located just steps away from the lakefront, which easily brings the beauty of the sand and sun to you. Bay Colony 774 is the upper-level lakefront condo that is at the heart of everything Gull Lake Beach Resorts has to offer, like being close to your boat lift and all the fun beach activities. Bay Colony has plenty of amenities that are just exclusive to the area. Adults can grill up a yummy dinner on the community propane grills, or lounge around the firepit while watching the sunset. Host a nice game of poker outside on the picnic tables, while the kids are playing a friendly game of cornhole. Bay Colony is a true Gull Lake vacation spot, one where lifetime traditions are made.

THE BASICS:
No smoking, house parties, no pets, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
*Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.

SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:
All Gull Lake Beach Resort properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.

GUEST COMMUNICATION:
After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement.

DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:
Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
Our Starter Kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!

Great for families!

Great place to go with families. Plenty of lake activities provided (paddleboard, kayaks). Nice outdoor grills and fire pits! Pickleball within walking distance. Of course, Nisswa is a beautiful downtown to enjoy! Will stay again!

Great location on Gull Lake

We were 7 high school friends on a girls weekend. We had a blast in this roomy condo. Lots of space, right on the water with great views. Fire pits were awesome, we rented pontoon and spent the day on the water. When we had a small issue, it was fixed immediately. Everything was fantastic, great value for the money.

Best location on the Lake plus extras

Sandy beach, gorgeous sunsets, beautiful outside space with patio, grills, fire pits that can accommodate many families or more private if you prefer. The inside was clean, nicely decorated and wonderful views of the lake. We were upstairs and were glad once we saw the views. Also, we were greeted with a bottle of wine, small charcuterie board and sealed cup waiting for us on the center island. It was a nice touch and thoughtful way for us to commemorate our stay. Very good experience!

Anniversary weekend getaway

Initially there was some miss communication about a rental agreement that had to be signed that had not been sent. Also there was a welcome email packet that was not sent. These small issues were resolved well on-site by a staff member. Who also helped us get checked in sooner. Both staff members in person and over the phone were friendly and helpful. We had a great experience! The unit we stayed in had a great view of the lake. We enjoyed the sandy beach and didn't want to leave. We are looking forward to booking another stay here again soon!

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
