Six Bedroom Luxury pool and spa villa

Large six bedroom , four full bath home with South facing pool and spa , no rear neighbors, 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 full size beds..
Full game room with air condition..
Cable, Rokus, wifi, phone..

Close to Walt Disney World.

Can be to either coast line beaches in a hour and half.
Local stores and restaraunts near by.
Fully furnished and has linens, towels, dishes, hair dyer, tvs, games, washer and dryer.
Motion activated ring cameras all around OUTSIDE of home , ring doorbell for assistance if needed to get in, ring cameras around pool area, the cameras are not monitored but are in place for if something happens and need to be reviewed for safety issues.
Disclosure: no one is monitoring them 24 hours a day, they are motion sensor cameras but not monitored unless a incident or accident happens and need to be viewed to see what happened.
Home has a working alarm system to use while at home.
Pool and Spa heat can be purchased for $30.00 per day extra.
Please put on pool blanket when not using the pool at night from the months of October until March.
BBQ is free and on a pay it forward system. If tank runs out you can refill it at a local store near by. PM company does not refill tanks.

Would Book Again!

Everything was exactly as advertised. It was plenty big enough for our group of 8, with room to spare. The location was perfect for us going to the Disney parks. The host was always super responsive if any issues came up. We would definitely book here again for our next trip to Davenport. Thank-you!

Very nice house

Very clean house. Great communication with the property manager. Easy to get to location. Had no problems whatsoever with this property. Two friends and I brought our grandchildren and we all had a great stay.

Family vacation

This house was wonderful!!!!!! Beautiful and clean. A great house to stay if you have little ones and want to go to Lego Land, Disney, etc. The beaches are approximately 1.5 hours, but with traffic, way longer. We did not feel weird with cameras surrounding the outside of the house as some have said. We felt comfortable and safe. We had a great time!

The home was a good location for Disney and the water parks which was our main planned adventures We had an issue with the air conditioning a couple of times but the property manager fixed it right away The lights are on timers so it caused the fans in the bedrooms to go off at the same time. The timers are an issue as we are capable of turning lights on and off The pool was exceptional The instructions were great and overall we had a great stay

Great location

This house had plenty of room for our family of 9. Everyone loved the pool! And it was super convenient to have a Publix so close by for groceries. We put in a pickup order through Instacart and got a week's worth of food easily for our big group without needing to trek around inside trying to find things.

Florida family vacation

Easy process booking and getting into the house. It was a very nice house and we enjoyed ourselves. Only complaint was it did get warm in the house overnight which made it hard to sleep.

Nive for the price

Rental is nice enough. Sadly there were a few issues during our stay that although brought to the attention of the property manager on a couple of occasions, did not get corrected. Thankfully, the weather was perfect which allowed us to look beyond the other things.

Great Set Up

The house was set up great for our family. The bedrooms being split between the main floor and the upstairs was great! Loved the door off the master to the pool area. Pool area was great - the view of the sunset was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Golf trip

Every thing was ok except someone had taken bolts out of chair at counter and it collapsed under one of the guys which caused him to fall breaking his tailbone called property manager letting her know then called her because a toilet was leaking and someone was there to fix it with in an hour

Outdated Home, Beds wasn’t comfortable Not the best Vacation stay

Property Manager Was cool with communication, but homeowners made it feel like living in a Prison. Our Every move was watched on the cameras, as soon as you step on property A loud announcement each time “Hi You are Now being Recorded” Very uncomfortable feeling being out of town, Child not allowed to be children & play outside they don’t want Any noise. All the rooms had 19” TVs, The AC didn’t work upstairs and you couldn’t control the temperature it was Blazing hot upstairs, I machine broken spitting ice everywhere making the kitchen floors wet. But we made the best out of our trip won’t rent here again though.

Great Disney vacation over Thanksgiving

Out family had a blast staying at Rebecca’s house. Close ride into the Disney parks and the heated pool was great for our relaxing days at home between the park dates. The kids were in there constantly and the adults enjoyed watching them from the covered patio. Plenty of seating and a great neighborhood for runs and also close to stores. Thanks for an awesome time, would definitely return!

Would stay here again! Communication great, price great, pool/spa great!

My family of 10 stayed here for 8 nights. Pleasant neighborhood, clean house, any issues we had they fixed quickly. It’s not premium or upscale or anything but had the essentials and was nice. If I do it again I will bring a griddle and a plastic spatula to make cooking easier for my family. Kids loved the pool. Adults enjoyed soaking in the spa/hot tub after long Disney and beach days. Teens loved the game room even though it doesn’t have ac and it wasn’t luxurious or anything. I didn’t like the bed but everyone else loved theirs. Our younger kids (3,6,8,10) loved the themed rooms, Frozen and Lion King. Our teens enjoyed their “grown up” rooms. There is a stroller, 3 bikes, large closets and dressers, washer/dryer, plenty of towels and linens, only a few dishwasher and laundry pods and no Dawn so I brought extra. One roll of tp per bathroom so I bought more. For 8 days that wasn’t enough for our family of 10. Overall this was a great vacation and partly because of our experience in this house.

The house was just as described it was perfect for me and my family. The kids loved the frozen room and the lion king room and the pool of course. Everything was clean and it was very spacious and we had everything we needed.

My recent vacation at this home was nice. The home accommodate my family of 11 people- 3 kids-2teenagers-6 adults. We were on a Disney vacation celebrating Birthdays in July. Beds were comfort, rooms spacious. Cooking untelis available. Pool area nice. Teens and young adults liked game room and bikes that were available. However living room sofas need to be upgraded, they are worn out. In need of more towels for every bathroom, toilet paper, was doing laundry everyday do to that fact. Trash rule was confusing only trash day is Monday, so had to store trash somewhere in home which is unpleasant for my liking. The owner responded fast to emails which is always good. Have a Great time overall. I would return to this villa.

Family vac

This was my first time using vrbo and i have to say we had the best experience! The house was perfect and clean and we had very easy communication. We had everything we could have wanted or needed as if we were at home! Thank you so much i will definitely be looking into renting for next years vacation ❤ the kids also had a blast in the pool and LOVED their bedrooms (they didnt want to leave) SEE YALL NEXT YEAR

Great property! Quiet neighborhood. Great location in relation to Disney and Sea World. Easy communication with property manager. -We had an issue with the washer. I called and they brought a new one a couple days later. -Air did seem to shut off during the night so rooms did get warm. Pool area was nice and house was clean.

Calabay Parc

We first had a couple of hiccups but Rebecca took very good care of us. House was very large and the master bedroom on the second floor bed was so comfortable. The pool was very nice, everyone enjoyed it especially my grandsons. All and all we had a great time and I would definitely rent from Rebecca again.

Relaxing vacation

Property was as advertised, very spacious home for two families to stay in a quiet neighborhood and close to the parks, restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again and Rebbeca was very helpful and prompt as Property manager
