Fantastic property to house my 90 year old mom (and Corky her dog) her 93 year old friend and 2 friends that joined us to celebrate 90 wonderful years! Thank you for the great space!

Hosts with the Mosts!
Roger and Amy are gracious, super responsive hosts. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and their guide to restaurants and things to do was the most fun and most comprehensive we’ve seen. The welcome basket is a Wowza! We used the primary bedroom, and that mattress was divine, as were the pillows. Dishes and kitchen accoutrement are all new; furnishings were especially nice. House was very clean and just a lovely place to stay.

The property was very cute and clean. Owners went above and beyond by providing so many essentials. However, the location is not as it seems. It is not convenient to Historic Downtown. Would recommend if not going to Nights of Lights, traffic was a nightmare.

Personally I don’t think I will ever book a hotel again! My only issue was dog hairs on the floors I had to sweep up and I don’t even own dogs. Would loved if the floors were more clean. The owners are great and responsive!

Very pleasant experience.
The pics in description are very accurate. It’s in a quiet little neighborhood. With close amenities to main roads, restaurants, the beautiful beach, and shops. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Beautiful home near St. Augustine
We stayed for 4 nights. The home was well-kept and clean. It is a few miles North of Historic St. Augustine. There were games for the kids and a nice TV in the living room. We had a small plumbing issue with the residence but the owner had it fixed right away. The home is great for small groups who don’t want to stay in the higher traffic areas of the city. We would recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay in this cute house. Everything was clean and in good condition. Our hosts were very responsive and even left us a goody basket. Made it feel like we were at a bed and breakfast. We did not allow enough time to see everything in Saint Augustine so we willl be back and won’t want to stay anywhere but this house.

Everything we expected and more!
This was actually the last stop in a multi-city family vacation that we took. Everything about the property was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and modern. Unfortunately, we arrived rather late after a long drive so we just immediately prepared for bed. The next day we spent exploring St. Augustine. The other unfortunate item is that we wish we could have stayed a little longer. The house made us want to just chill and relax. Everything was clean and organized. We truly appreciated the binder listing details about the house and the area. The welcome basket was great! The pictures are extremely accurate so what you see is what you get. The only downside (if you want to call it one) is that the neighborhood is really dark. We brought our dog and normally walk her at night before she goes to bed. It was really dark. Other than that, we would definitely do the property again. Roger and Amy were great hosts. They responded very promptly and checked in with us.

Fantastic Stay
Our stay at the property was fantastic! Owners communicated very well and quickly, even helped us gain access for a grocery delivery earlier than planned. The rooms were neat and clean and the bonus welcome basket was a wonderful gesture. The TVs all were smart TVs and wifi was fast. Every detail was well thought out and our pets even enjoyed the stay! Great location for quiet space away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough that running to town was no big deal.

We chose this spot for a short girls trip. Everything was absolutely perfect. The Hosts were amazing and kind to us. They were always available if we ever needed anything. I will definitely come back here again. I can't wait for the next trip I plan.

Amy & Roger were great to work with! We loved the “Cracker Barrel “ rockers on the front porch….fun watching the squirrels making some crazy leaps. The cottage inside was immaculate. The primary bedroom is very nice. The king-size bed …SO comfortable and the linens top-notch. The en-suite bathroom has an awesome shower & soft fluffy towels. The Queen bedroom also has a very comfortable bed & nice linens. The location was okay. There is a Ring doorbell, so safety was not an issue.

Nice cottage very quit neighborhood .
House was comfortable and close to st Augustine main attractions. Only down side no tvs in guest rooms only living area and master bedroom. My big kids can’t sleep without tvs. But. Owners were great nice welcome basket. Again great location.
