You'll find the beautiful coral reef lite up below while you enjoy turtles swimming in shallow waters below and whales breach out past the reef during the winter months. This beautiful penthouse has a great upscale Hawaiian feel, highly upgraded and the best place to dis-connect and re-connect with family and friends! The owners live here part time and are always making sure that their place in paradise is delivering only the best in experiences for their friends, family and guests. Wonderful stay in paradise

This property exceeded every expectation we had. The view alone was absolutely stunning. The accommodations were clean and stocked with everything one could possibly need. The owners anticipated everything one could want for a smooth stay in Kauai! From beach supplies to kitchen needs, everything was at your fingertips. We also loved the tips and suggestions given to us. Sea Lodge beach was a quiet, slice of heaven with good snorkeling! We ate at several restaurants that were suggested and went to a farmers market to enjoy the local produce. I would recommend this property to everyone I know traveling to Kauai!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Incredible View

The pictures of the views from this property don't do it justice. It is an amazing location overlooking the ocean with a mountain view out of the other side of the house. We were able to see bright stars at night because the area is not very populated. It was a lovely home and comfortable bed and I would definitely recommend it! The owner was easy to communicate with as well.

Paradise in Princeville

I knew I had chosen the right ocean front condo as soon as we stepped in. The pictures were accurate, but didn’t do the actual views justice. I was traveling with my three sons and mother and she cried when she walked to the views that greeted her. The place was beautifully decorated and Immaculate. We had everything we needed from water play, sun and sand to making our own dinners. We woke up early to enjoy every sunrise on the lanai. Bill was helpful and attentive during our stay, but the notes and tips left by the guestbook were all we needed to make our way around town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much so we had trouble deciding whether to stay at the condo or venture out and explore the island. We would love to visit again, next time a full week in Princeville, rather than split our visit between the North and South of the island.

Best Condo in Princeville!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning oceanfront condo in Princeville. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean right from our lanai. The sound of the waves gently crashing against the shore was the perfect soundtrack to our relaxing vacation. The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home with a touch of Hawaiian elegance. The spacious living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we felt like dining in. We especially loved having our morning coffee on the lanai, watching the sunrise over the water. The location couldn't have been better. We were close to amazing beaches and trails. In addition to the secret beach just a few minutes hike from the condo, we really enjoyed the beaches nearby at Hanalei, Anini, and Tunnels. Bill was incredibly hospitable and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staying at this oceanfront condo was truly a slice of paradise. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, tranquil escape in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. We can't wait to return!

Sunrise Oasis

The pictures posted don’t do this gorgeous oasis justice. Every morning drinking a delicious cup of Kona coffee & watching the marvelous sun rise from this patio was breathtaking. The house was equipped w/all the amenities needed. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer- snorkel & beach gear- we were set for our week in paradise. Spacious bedrooms, comfy-firm beds, bathrooms were grand. I can’t say enough about this spectacular home. Owners were super attentive & gracious. Would definitely love to stay here again & highly recommend the Princeville area. Tranquil & never busy. Absolutely loved our stay & can’t thank you enough for sharing your home with us.

This condo can’t be beat!

It’s no wonder this condo has only 5 star reviews! We had the most magical stay here - the views from the lanai are spectacular, the condo is incredibly well-appointed (including all of the beach/snorkel gear you’d want!), and had plenty of room for our family. Bill and Cathy provided so many helpful recommendations for eating, playing, and exploring in their guestbook too - making planning our days on the ground so much easier. The check-in/out process was seamless, and the location is also perfect for adventuring in all directions. Don’t hesitate to book! We will be doing it again ourselves :)

The porch beckons you to visit!

Bill and Cathy’s home was the perfect stay for my family on Kauai. The vistas from the porch, dining room, and bedrooms were breathtaking. Posted pictures could never do the beauty of this home justice. We enjoyed using the full force of the kitchen, from the outdoor grill to the extensive platterware to the necessary morning cup of coffee. The beach gear provided in the house was fun, easy to use and allowed for us to focus on adventuring. Bill’s instructions were clear and he was always available to assist when we had questions. And the new air conditioning system was a nice touch for warm, still summer nights. From the personalized welcome-sign-pineapple greeting us at the door to the courtesy of their home, Bill and Cathy’s VRBO is a must stay on Kauai.

First-class ocean front condo

My family of four was thrilled to enter a beautiful, clean condo in Kauai! We enjoyed a warm welcome (wine, chocolates and a personal greeting) from the owners upon arrival. The place had everything we needed from two bedrooms, to kitchenware, to beach supplies and more! The owner was very responsive and helpful to all questions. I don’t give five stars often, but this place deserves a five-star rating! I highly recommend staying at this condo and would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you Bill and Kathy! - The Miller Family
