Location, location, location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heaven on the Ocean. Unit was as advertised; updated, clean and well-stocked with rental essentials. Communication was responsive and clear. Facility is well maintained and other residents very friendly & helpful. And the location cannot be overhyped! Already miss the sound of the waves and our morning coffee on the balcony! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Unit is in much need of maintenance

The location of the property Dune Walk is excellent. Kitchen and flooring are very nice Many things in the unit are in need of repair and maintenance. such as: clutter in closet in 2nd bedroom, fans not working properly, entry door is damaged around door knob, storm door did not always close. Towel rack fell off due to improper installation, door shade in living room damaged bedroom shades did not work properly, bed foundation damaged, coverlet torn, faucet in shower broken, handle off bedroom dresser, dust under furniture, bathtub did not drain. chip in flooring. Upon arrival my husband informed the owner by phone of these issues. Also, we are unaware of a kitchen drawer problem and the bedframe problem already exited when we arrived.. Therefore, we are not responsible for any of these issues and we do not intend to pay for them.
