Fawn's View Roundhouse is the perfect getaway for those looking to experience the serene beauty of Beech Mountain! Come back and relax in front of the fireplace after a fun-filled day of skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, or hiking. Just a 2 minute drive to the ski resort or a 10 minute drive to Downtown Banner Elk.
Experience one of the first 10 homes built on Beech Mountain. This gorgeous Topsider Roundhouse was built in 1969 so it has all the charm of a vintage ski chalet! We've renovated with hardwood floors throughout the home, all new appliances, a fully-stocked and updated kitchen, as well as cozy furniture and decor with a cool mid-century feel. Floor to ceiling windows surround the home offering panoramic long-range views. You can take in the sights while enjoying your morning coffee from the outdoor dining area or from bed and enjoy a relaxing evening in the hot tub with a view!
Two bedrooms (one king, one queen), a comfortable pull-out couch, and 2 full bathrooms provide more than enough space for a couple or a family of 6! High-speed fiberoptic internet also makes it a great option for those looking to work from home.
I am always a quick text message away to give recommendations, or point you in the direction of anything you need! I can't wait to share my favorite spot with everyone and I hope you enjoy it just as much as I do!
