Great location

Although the condo is showing its age a bit I would still highly recommend it for the following reasons:The hosts are fantastic I appreciated the view from the upper level The proximity to the beach and pools was very good. The grounds are well kept with grassy areas for kids to play. The condo was spotless and well equipped.

Family vacay

This was our 7th stay at ocean villas. We love the property, pool, beach. The unit was nice. Third floor balcony does have good ocean views. Our only issues were two of the outlets in the kitchen wouldn’t work (kept trying the reset button but just had to move stuff around) and to dry clothes, you had to run it twice. It would be nice if there were more towels, but that’s not a biggie. Overall nice stay even with a hurricane.

Great beach vacation!!

Wow!! We loved everything about our stay at this condo! The pools were great and both just a short walk from the condo. The beach was an easy, beautiful walk from the condo also! There were lots of beach toys for us to use! We love going to old town, which was only a 10ish minute drive. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We have stayed in several VRBO’s and this host was by far the most accommodating and responsive. I wouldn’t change a single thing! We have 2 boys, 10 and 13, and they loved it too! Can’t wait to come back and stay in this awesome place!

Ocean Villas 41 - Fantastic!

Great property, well maintained. Convenient location, close to the beach and pools. Great view of the ocean from the top balcony. Hosts and property managers were very communicative. Only thing to improve would be to add more towels and washcloths. With a family of four we were washing towels every day. Otherwise, no issues!

Perfect Spot

My daughter and I enjoyed our time here. Location was great, location to the beach was perfect. Beautiful grounds. Loved the decor of the place. Lots of great restaurants and historic downtown was so close and great place to enjoy. The owner was very responsive to our questions or needs.

We loved staying here! The 2 balconies were a bonus, although we spent every morning and evening from the top balcony. So beautiful! Clean, easy access and felt safe! Property was beautiful and the walk to the beach was a breeze! Loved having a washer and dryer and beach supplies. Will recommend!

Great time in St Augustine

We had a great stay, location is perfect right by the beach and near restaurants and putt-putt, we loved the two pools (especially the heated one when it was a little chilly outside) and the beautiful palm tree lined paths in the resort. Everyone in the community was so friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs, boogie boards etc. Spacious townhouse and the view of the beach and waves from master bedroom was a great way to start each day!

Snowbird Vacation

Our stay at the Ocean Villa Condo was wonderful! From check-in to check-out all went smoothly! Our unit was exceptionally clean and very well appointed! The grounds and pool area were well kept and the short walk to the ocean was very manageable. The area boasts many great restaurants and visits to Old St. Augustine were enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others as well.

Anniversary / New Years Trip

One of the nicest vacation rental experiences I've had. From the booking to the cleanliness of the unit and exemplary communication from Shawn @ resort rentals. This is by far one you should consider if coming to St Augustine. My wife & I will probably never look anywhere else when visiting here!

Too many stairs

We enjoyed unit 41 very much. Very nicely furnished. Our only drawback was that we did not know there would be so many stairs. My friend has health issues and the stairs were very very difficult. We could only come and go once a day due to the number of stairs, and she could only go up and down the stairs going to the bedrooms once a day. Other than all the stairs, it was nice. If it mentioned stairs on the website, I didn't see it. Otherwise I would have tried to get a first floor unit. The pool was nice. The only other problem I had was that we pulled in a 9 p.m. so it was very dark and since the signs on each building were not lit up telling which building and what units are where, I had no idea which building to go to. The map was small print and hard to read. Thank goodness someone was walking past us after we tried to figure out the buildings for quite a while. They helped us figure out which building, which was when we discovered we were on the 2nd story with all the stairs.

Ocean Villas vaca at St Augustine Beach 2023

A beautiful peaceful place to relax,swim, read and enjoy the beach. We had a beautiful view of the beach from our bedroom balcony and were only steps away from the pool. We had a great vacation! Hope to return next summer.

Great condo for family vacation

The condo was a perfect fit for my family. It had everything we needed for the week. It is a little walk to the beach but not too bad. The whole complex felt safe and everyone was so friendly.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had a wonderful 3 days at this property and it was everything we were looking for. Ocean views from both levels and an easy walk to what might have been the cleanest beach I’ve ever been on. Check in/out was seamless, although it took us until the last day to figure out how to use the keyless entry—but that’s on us. We enjoyed local seafood places on A1A each night and on our last day, we visited the downtown area of St. Augustine and the Castillo de San Marco. My husband and I both said we wished we’d planned to spend more time in downtown and plan to do so next time. Condo area is very family friendly. Our stay was perfect! Owner and property manager were always very responsive to any questions I had before arriving.

Wonderful week in St Augustine

We had a wonderful week and were sad to leave this beautiful place. The condo was so cute, clean, a perfect location to everything fun. The condo had everything you needed to enjoy a home away from home which made it super easy and convenient. My kids had so much fun at the pools, and it was a quick walk to the beach. I even got to see the sunrise sitting on the top balcony on the days i didnt go for a sunrise run. We would love to go back there again.

Great condo

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and decorated so beachy! The only problem my husband and I had were dealing with the steps everyday and very long walk to get on the beach. We are 68 and 75 so next time we will need to find something on the first floor and closer walk to the beach. Pool was very nice!
