Bon potentiel mais encore des finitions à faire

Quand on arrive on est un peu perdu car il n'y a pas de panneau pour indiquer où se trouve la maison, donc obligé d'appeler notre contact. Nous arrivons sur place et surprise panne d'internet, on aurait souhaité être prévenu avant! Un petit boitier de dépannage était en place mais ne permettait pas de capter dans toutes la maison, compliqué avec des ados! La maison est spacieuse, propre en bas, un peu moins en haut sous les lits. La cuisine est vraiment très bien équipée, il manque juste quand on arrive un livret explicatif pour faire fonctionner les appareils de la maison, mais aussi donner des infos sur les sites à visiter dans le coin... Les points noirs : - 1 seul WC pour 8 personnes - les finitions de la maison (WC avec les tuyaux apparants, un petit coffrage pour rendre cela propre, les prises électriques où il manque des caches, pour une locations il faut que cela soit fini...) On a l'impression que la maison n'est pas fini c'est dommage car elle a un beau potentiel! - les équipements extérieurs (on avait demandé s'il y avait un barbecue, on nous a dit que oui mais on a pas pu l'utiliser vu l'état de la grille, pour un début novembre on a eu du super beau temps et on aurait voulu profiter du salon de jardin remisé sous l'abris, mais impossible également il était couvert de fientes d'oiseaux, avec une simple bâche le problème serait résolu!). Nous repartons de cette jolie région avec un sentiment de légère déception, mais notre contact était très agréable.

Logement spacieux parfait pour des personnes qui souhaitent passer des vacances au calme. Bien situé dans la presqu île En point d amélioration : une seconde salle de bain avec toilettes serait idéale .

très beau gîte

Un très bon accueil, une belle maison avec un très grand espace extérieur . A l'intérieur , toutes les pièces sont spacieuses. Un + très important , tout les draps et serviettes de bains etc sont fournis. Très bien situé pour visiter la presqu'île de Crozon et le sud du Finistère. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour

Ein Landgut modern und ruhig gelegen

Ein Traumhaus mitten im Nirgendwo. Abends kommen Rehe und rundum gibt es nur Wald, Felder, ein paar Kühe und Pferde. Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet und wird gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist herzlich und freundlich, brachte frische Crêpes und regionales Bier. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge war das Domizil perfekt. Lediglich für Kinder birgt das große Grundstück mit angrenzenden Scheunen und Schuppen viele Gefahren. Hier liegen Kanister mit ungewissem Inhalt, Geräte und alte Autos sind Gefahrenquellen. Dennoch ein großes Haus und für Familien geeignet.
