Homey South Austin pad with office close to trails
Our duplex in south Austin has a nice patio and backyard for you and your furry friends to hang out in, a cup de sac with limited traffic and friendly neighbors, and beautiful trees providing shade in the backyard. Our home feels very cozy and welcoming, with a breakfast bar, fully stocked kitchen with toms of cooking tools, outside table and chairs, and an office with 2 desks for your use. Our location is close to multiple grocery stores, hiking trails, parks, and only a 15 minute drive from downtown and the green belt. We have some kayaks and straps for you to use in the carport.
